@Totalanimefan: I'm just not very creative when it comes to new items and ideas, so I'm kinda shot for what else to suggest besides plants and animals for spring. xD The thing I like the most about events here I think are the items themselves because they're always so top-notch quality and versatile. It makes me so happy that our more holiday-themed items tend to be knick-knacks and not entire sets. Nothing wrong with holiday items, but I feel it's a bit of a waste when it only makes sense to wear things a certain season or holiday. For example, I'm almost always using items from the Summer animal set. Other than the items, of course I always love the activity that events tend to bring here.
@Totalanimefan: I was just thinking it's been a while since we had an event lol. I'm not sure what I'd like to see for the spring event considering I also tend to think of flowers and plants in general when it comes to spring. Maybe baby animals? I know we have a ton of animal items though. I'm not opposed to more flower items as long as they're not repeating flowers from what we already have.

@Alorrena: Events here are really fun and they somehow bring everyone out of the woodwork lol. And besides the free EIs, a lot of times the admin team will throw in non-current free items depending on the season. Plus there are activities to do like coloring/design contests, word games, and other kinds of games to help you get currency quickly. Just overall fun times! And I'm sure you've noticed, the EIs here are a cut above the rest when it comes to quality and versatility. I'm so used to sites making EIs that you can only use for a particular season or holiday. Here, they don't do that as much!
Howdy howdy, everyone!

Wonder when our next event will be?

@pachi: I'd like to mirror Total's question!

@Whimsy: Ah, well driving will probably be better for you then. That way you can enjoy the sights and take your time with your things. Driving is just about as expensive as flying, anyway, because factoring in gas, food, etc. Hope you can find a place to suit your living needs! I know rent everywhere has increased very steeply, which doesn't totally make sense to me. It's not like everyone work up and suddenly said "I wanna move!" They just figure, wages have gone up, so should the cost of living!

@Whimsy: Good luck with the move! Are you moving far? I hate moving, but been doing that every couple of years or so since I rent and can't afford to buy a house with the way the market is now.
@Totalanimefan: Brain fog is the worst, but glad you got your essay done! How long did it have to be?
@Alorrena: I'll have to remember to try Theraflu next time I get symptoms for it. I hear it's good. I usually don't mind bitter things depending on the intensity. For example, I love matcha without any sweetener, but I don't mind sweetener here and there. The nausea makes sense, but that sucks about your throat not functioning properly. That reminds me I need to sign up for my work's free telehealth program so I can use it.

I feel like Covid is always going to be around, regardless of how many vaccines they come out with, and because we're social creatures, I feel like most everyone will get it at some point. I love the Disney Springs area though. <3 I don't get to go often, but I love walking around eating and shopping lol.

Yay for vacations!

I could use one, but probably won't go until closer to beginning of summer.
@Alorrena: That sucks about your husband's fear of needles, but my kid can relate lol. Hope you all have a safe and speedy recovery though! Thinking back, the Mucinex didn't help me get rid of mucus, but it did just about everything else it was supposed to do, which was getting rid of my mild fever and knocking me out lol. It really does taste terrible, but can't complain if it helps me in some way. I think my worst symptoms were my cough and lack of appetite because I lost my sense of taste a bit. And just as I thought I was getting my appetite back toward the end, I suddenly felt nauseated? It was weird because I hadn't felt nauseated at all up until that point, but I'm just glad it's all over. This was back in late January/early February that I had it. We're pretty sure my son brought it home from school since he was the first to show symptoms and we did a couple days later.
@DreamerZ: Sorry about your arm, but glad you have something to make you smile! :) Everyone deserves that (so long as they're not hurting anyone, of course).

@Alorrena: Aww, so sorry you got Covid, but at least you're sick together!! That's what I was grateful for when my household got sick, but also we're vaccinated so it wasn't as horrendous as it could have been. Er, my son's not old enough to be vaccinated, but luckily he had the least amount and least severe symptoms. I'm glad you have plenty of meds to help you through! I was very grateful for the nighttime Mucinex since that knocked me right out and kept me asleep to get rest at night. xD
@DreamerZ: Hello! You can call me Aisu or Kohi if you like. :) I'm doing well though. How about you?
Hey guys! Been a while since I was here last. How's everyone been?
@Totalanimefan: He might like it for a bit, especially if we can find him a nice trinket to keep him entertained. Recently he loves Mario Kart and all the characters associated with Mario games in general, so I'm sure if we could find him a toy in those lines, he'd be entertained for a bit while we browse. I love supporting local artists when I can. And I will!
@Totalanimefan: The venue is a fair size, but I think the amount of activity would overwhelm him as he doesn't like to sit still for long. Sometimes they have anime-themed quick events in the area like an art fair or something, so might look at doing that for a cosplay attempt since those events aren't typically an all-day thing. And thanks for the suggestions!

@Bonnie: I like the yak horns, but that's honestly probably the only pose I'll use from the item. I love the deer one much more, but I just bought one of each for now. Honestly I always love more animal-themed items to make anthropomorphic avis since it's rare for me to make more humanoid ones lol.
