@Totalanimefan: Aww, poor baby. Is he elderly? And I had fried clam strips and fries lol. I'm such a sucker for fried seafood. Love me a good fish n' chips too, but yesterday was feeling more like clam strips. I have some leftover, which I'm contemplating throwing in the air fryer for lunch.
@Totalanimefan: Sounds similar to my weekend lol. Yesterday was cold and wet in the 40s and 50s, but I did end up going out for lunch, which was a good call because it was delicious. My hands froze a little too yesterday while out trying to get iced coffee lol. Today is sunnier and a bit warmer, but I don't plan on leaving the house. Was unsure if I'd be able to get laundry done today (our washer and dryer units are outside on our screened in porch) but since the sun is out, can't say I have much of an excuse to not get some done lol.
@Totalanimefan: Busy busy indeed! How've you been?

@Hardcore Uvula: If you don't mind action and mecha, I highly recommend Gurren Lagann. One of my favorites that I don't mind watching over and over.

@ArsenicAttitude: Aw man, hope you're feeling not so much pain now!

@SorrowTheMad: That's great that life is improving for you! :) I remember spending all of my time in my room, save for school. Didn't realize it was depression until much later and having changed my lifestyle a bit. I used to have phone anxiety too, like I'd have my mom make my phone calls for me, or I'd write down exactly what I wanted to say before making those calls. Now I have no issues with the phone, and I'd like to thank work for that lol. I will say I do screen my calls at work now because of my new role in HR. I don't want people yelling at me before I figure out what they're yelling about. xDD
@SorrowTheMad: Good for you for putting yourself out there! I'm sure that's done wonders for your mental health. Not suggesting that you've had issues, but I feel like being social really helps mitigate any issues that might be there. I consider myself an ambivert since I share qualities of both introverts and extroverts. I used to be a lot more introverted, but I've grown a lot since I started working.

@Hardcore Uvula: FMA (both kinds) are some of the best series out there for sure! I've seen Darker Than Black, both seasons, and while I don't remember a ton about that series, I do remember liking the first season a lot more than the second lol.

@Totalanimefan: Howdy howdy. lol I know we were talking about PB cups last, but it's been a couple days since I was last here. xD So hello again haha.
@Ruby: Aw man, so sorry! Hope you've gotten answers about your mom's condition? And hope everyone's feeling better all around!

@ephenay: You're welcome, and thank you too! Nice avi!

This is an awesome resource for those who can use them! Thanks for sharing!

I was told at work today that the US Health Department is no longer doing contact tracing, which I'm not sure why other than it might just be too overwhelming with the way things are. So that might be a factor why they aren't requiring documentation for these tests. I'm curious what kinds of tests these are. We have 2 different rapid tests at work, one of which was only recently delivered thanks to our governor looking out for long term care facilities.
@Totalanimefan: I've seen Justin's PB cups. I'll have to remember to try them next time I'm feeling snackish for something like that lol.

@Hardcore Uvula: Certain stores are dangerous for me too because it's easy for me to spend money. xD Also thanks for the compliment on my avi!

@SorrowTheMad: Things did get better eventually, and thank you lol. Been having a nice start to the week. Did my first payroll all by myself at work, so pretty proud of that. Anything going on with you?
@Fizzgig: Sure thing! :) I'll send you a trade shortly, and thanks for buying!

@ephenay: You got it! I'll send a trade shortly, and thanks for buying!

@Ruby: Thanks girl! <3 How've you been?
@Hardcore Uvula: Oh man, that sounds like too much for me. xD I will see that ginger ale mixed with orange juice is delicious.

Ooh, that sounds like a trip waiting to happen! There's a big Asian grocery store that opened up probably less than 6 months ago, and they sell roasted duck AND roasted pork ready to go. *q* If it wasn't so out of the way for us, I'd be getting that ALL the time!
@Hardcore Uvula: I will say I'm a fiend for ginger ale lol. Plain though, I don't need like the bold flavor or anything else added to it. I drink it like regular soda, whereas it seems most people drink it when they're feeling ill. Other than that, I don't mind a hint of it in certain dishes and sauces, but just a hint. I love shopping at Asian stores! Very easy for me to buy a lot if I'm not careful. xD
@Hardcore Uvula: Ah, good to keep it simple. I'm not a fan of ginger in many things, but I always love me a good chocolate chip!

@Totalanimefan: Can't say I've ever had a peanut butter brownie, but I'm super picky when it comes to chocolate-peanut butter combos. Usually it has to be Reese's or nothing for me.
@Totalanimefan: Yeah, why waste a shortcut if it makes life easier? xD Ooh, been a while since I had caramel in my brownie. Forgot that was a thing!

@Hardcore Uvula: Do you have a favorite baked good to eat or make?
@Totalanimefan: Nice lol. If I'm baking brownies at home (which tend to be boxed) I'm always adding chocolate chips to the mix if I have any on hand. I like all kinds of things added to brownies, but plain is just as good. Somehow I never liked the Cosmic brownies growing up, probably because of that layer of frosting between the brownie and the candy pieces. I'm not a fan of a lot of those pre-packaged desserts lol.
@Totalanimefan: Publix still frosts their brownies, so I don't buy them lol. And that's funny that we're the same. xD Do you like the edge pieces or the insides? I'm an edge girl, especially the corners. >w< But I'm not opposed to insides if there's no other choice lol.
