"Is she conscious?" She asked.
"Barely. Fading fast." was Hal's response.
"Room 215." Was all Angela said before they ended the call. Once that was done, she headed off, collected Nate, and got ready for the arrival of the woman that she knew was coming.

And a weak knocking. He followed the sound to find the woman in question, on the floor, and not looking the best. She looked to be having a hard time breathing adequately, and then some. As he neared, he could very clearly see some burn marks from where the mana hit her. Not that he knew that detail.
She stopped knocking she knew he was there, but didn't say anything, couldn't for the moment.

She hit her speed dial, barely able to breathe or do anything for the moment.
She couldn't talk when they answered, but she really hoped that whomever it was could help, could find her.

"Fuck this." She said quietly before just using her manage to vanish with her electricity, causing a surge in the area.
However, she didn't manage to avoid all of them. Two of them did hit. One in her right hip, one at her left shoulder. As she appeared in a cabin a few countries over, she dropped to the floor with a cry. She couldn't breathe, and she could honestly feel her heart starting to slow down, and she knew that wasn't good.

She couldn't feel her leg anymore, and it felt almost as if it was spreading a bit.
"Oh shit." She cursed before just slamming her hand on the ground beneath her, causing the one who had the hands pinning them to ... burst. They burst into the black aether that the Fallen were made of, the halo falling to the ground.
"Who's next?" She asked, a bit of a snarl to her voice.

"Yeah, nice try." She stated simply.
"I'm not going down easily." She added as she released the suppression on her mana, allowing it to come forth full force again. She knew she'd need it for this.
Being what they were, she could probably do some damage with her mana, and she intended to try.
The one that had leapt for her, and ended up on the ground as she dodged out of the way, found soul hands holding him in place.

"Ah. No." She stated simply.
"I know there are .." She paused, taking stock of the air for a fraction of a second, "four of you. I know that I'm likely going to be overpowered, but at the same time? I also refuse to give in."
"Also, how the hell do you think I am anything that you think I am?" She asked. "I've done nothing to hurt anyone."

If only she had mana to vanish reliably. Then again, she realised that it would likely be problematic anyway, since they could probably latch onto her mana whern she left and just followed her.
and that definitely would not be ideal. So she just got to her feet, and waiting for whomever was going to approach her first, to do so.
When she heard the footsteps from behind her, she didn't turn around, but did speak.
"To what do I owe this pleasure?" She asked, her voice not even sounding like her own. It was weird, but she was getting used to it.

She sighed as she sat by the stream and sent a text to her son.
Hey. Weekly check in! She started it.
Where I am, not that I'm going to actually say, is absolutely gorgoeus. I'm getting a million and five photos of the continent to show you when I can finally come home. She paused a moment.
I really do wish you were here with me, along with your sister and father. I miss you all so terribly much. I hope you're doing all right though.
Love you, Evan. She ended it before sending the text and just sighing lightly.
This was not ideal. It had been a few weeks already, and as much as she was enjoying backpacking through everywhere, she really did just want to go home.

"For now, I think we can lightly relax." She added. "And hopefully ... just... stop the incoming panic attack that I KNOW I've been shoving aside as best I can for a bit."
She sank deeper into the water, letting to reach her chin.
"Just... this is a headache. To put it VERY lightly."

"The only other peopel who COULD, really are my boys." She added. "Alice and Vicki don't really have the heat to warrant it, and Vicki's got protections against it from the council. Also, Alice is rarely, if ever, home anymore."
"So I'm reasonably certain that anyone we know? Are safe."

"However, I DID early on. Didn't you ever wonder why I don't go out to your greehouse anymore?" She asked with a light laugh.
"It's because I managed to get years ago, and just... opted to not go outthere. Bit of a hazard for me, I realise. However, if you freeze the rock roots first, and every couple weeks ro a month, it won't be an issue at all."

"I know you use them regularly for your weaker plants, as does Anna." She continued."and I wouldn't be surprised if Ashleigh crashed near some or whatever."
"And.... they come from there, so that's the best guess I can literally come up with."
