Her immediate instinct was to fight, but she really wasn't stupid. She knew that her mate could heal her, easily, but she still didn't want to feel that pain.

However, she couldn't deny her natural response. When it came to fight or fight, she was one that would fight.

As ex exemplified by her agressor suddenly finding himself with a broken nose, while her head was pounding, because she slammed the back of her skull into his face.

She was silent before looking down at the hand she was in the middle of wrapping.

"What the..." She muttered before looking around, wondering, hoping, to find whatever was causing the pulsations. She knew it wasn't her, she wasn't doing anything to cause that, but... obviously something was.

She had no idea what though, and that was the problem.

As she finished wrapping her hand carefully, yet quickly, she made her way to the kitchen, looking for her cell phone. She figured it'd be better to call someone to come and just sit with her while she was so uneasy, efven if it turned out there was nothing for her to be worried about.

Vae was silent before sighing, heavily.

"I'll ask my Mother." She commented.

"That bitch is bound to be able to help in one way or another." She added.

She sighed as she worked on soaking up some of the water from her hair. She had jut had a shower, and it was something that she'd needed. However, she, being who she was, kicked Gabriel out every time due to how it uncovered her arm, how that was required. She knew it didn't affect him, at all, but that still didn't mean that she was entirely comfortable with him being in the house while it was uncovered. Hell, she could control it, and have it uncovered with no issues, now.

But old habits died had, as they say.

Once her hair was dry, she got dressed again and made her way downstairs, intending to make herself some coffee.

Vae paused.

"What? He has Azreal's Sun Spear?" She asked.

"Ohhhhh, that's going to be problematic in the future. If he uses it properly, he very well could cause the sun to burst." She added.

"However, it can only be charged for that after a complete solar eclipse, so I think we're all right in that regard for the moment." She paused, thinking.

"At least we have a goal for him."

Vae nodded.

"Makes sense" She commented.

"... did she have any sort of useful information though?" She asked. "Absolutely anything at all that could help us fix this fuckup that happened"

Emelie didn't say anything, but Gregory, being what he was, could tell. There was a lot weighing on her, considering how well Gregory knew her, he could ID that easily.

Vaeri sighed as she saw Ash return.

"She's none too happy, is she?" She asked him. "I felt Gregory's arrival,and I'm guessing you called him."

Emelie didn't say anything for a few seconds.

"That.... was lifetimes ago..." She commented quietly.

"Back before we died." She added, sighing lightly.

"So much has changed."

Emelie was silent, didn't have a chance to say anything before Ash was gone. When she felt Gregory in front of her, she just bit her lip.

".....Prove it." She said quietly.

"How do I know you aren't just a Fallen trying to get into my head?" She asked. There wasn't anger there, nothing of the sort. If anything... she sounded sad and scared. Maybe not terrified, but definitely at least a bit scared. She didn't know if she could trust him, as she couldn't see or sense him for the moment.

The blonde was silent, not saying anything for a moment.

"... thank you." She said quietly to Ashley, realising that he likely called Gregory here. The man couldn't have found her otherwise, afterall. She didn't have her mana or anything.

"Hi Gregory." She then said, a bit louder, to the one who had just arrived.

Emelie nodded.

"I know." She told him honestly.

"I know that Michael had Ascalon, I know he sent a Fallen after you with it. I just... couldn't stop it."She added.

"He also has Azreal's Framea solis, and wants to pop the sun with it." Her voice was quiet as she told him this, and others.

"At no point... I couldn't do anything, I couldn't stop him. When I tried, he got me, stripped me down to less than I have ever been." She paused here, before biting his lip.

"Ashley, he's trying to steal my position." She told him honestly.

"That fucking halo that he forced upon me after stripping me of ... everything... was basically a blender for my thoughts. So I don't know how useful I can be." She stated, that curse being a surprise, and perfectly getting her feelings on all this across. She was lost, hurt, and most certainly absolutely pissed. It wouldn't be hard to believe that if she had her position above at the moment, she'd quickly and easily turn into a vengeful god if given the chance.

"I don't even know where Michael is hiding out." She added.

"But... I can confirm it's him, at least."

"How can I fight!? I'm a blind elf that can't even claim that in regards to mana anymore, Ashley!" Emelie half screamed at him. At least in life, she'd been able to manage after being blinded, because she was an elf, because she had her mana. Before her death, she was a high elf.

Now... now she didn't have either.

She honestly felt as if she'd lost herself at this point, and had no idea how to handle that.

"......... " She was silent before just biting her lip, even though he couldn't see it.

"I... Ash, please.. just.. just go." She said.

"Take care of yourself, and those you care about, while the world crashes." She then said.

"He's dealt with me, Elizabeth is next, and if he manages to succeed with that, then everything is over." She continued. "Just... just spend your last days... weeks... months maybe, with your family."

She didn't seem to react for a moment.

".... Me?" She asked.

"Who is me?" There was something to her voice, something that he likely couldn't immediately identify. Or rather, he could, but it couldn't what he thought, could it?

He couldn't be hearing legit fear in her voice, right? Not from this elf.
