Anya nodded.

"Of course." She commented.

"Here are the coordinates." She told him before handing him a piece of paper.

"Unless you wish to travel through Hell itself, it'd be better if you were the one to take us there."

Ash wasn't waiting for too long before Anya made her way into the room.

"Yo." She greeted.

"You good to go?" She asked, her voice curious. There was an echo of what Ash had seen before over her, but she sounded friendly as he knew her to.

"Because I am if you are."

Anya just sighed, heavily.

"I can't say I'm surprised." She commented.

"I do wonder how long Ash'll take."= She then said."as I really don't want to be lingering for too terribly long if I can avoid it. Especially since Jake's useless at the moment."

"can I be useful here? I need SOMETHING to pass the time."

"Intentional? No." Anya corrected him.

"It just... happen. And it has been happening more and more. I almost feel like I'm losing control." She then told him honestly.

"I don't want to BE lost. And I'm terrified to go back into the lions den, so to speak. I was one of them once, I know how they are, and this fucking radio I hear all day, every day, is driving me insan.e" She continued.

"It's... part of the reason why 'm so ready to go. I don't want to risk hurting someone."

Anya paused a moment, looking voer to Hal.

"Huh?" She asked, obviously a bit confused.

"what'd I do?" She asked.

"I saw that flash of red, and your authority is something to not be trifled with." Hal answered. Anya just sighed.

"Ah, oops. Sometimes there's echoes." She dcommented. "I am a demon after all."

"seems to be happening more often lately as well, with that damned Fallen Radio I'm constantly forced to listen to." There was a definite growl toher voice with that one.

"So THAT's what they mean about soiling God's Love." Anya commented.

"Damn. Right, so he's obviously on a time limit." she then said.

"Yes, about... 20 hours left." Hal told her. Anya just looked to Ash.

"Take longer than eight hours and I'm leaving without you."

"I don't care. Just don't take three days." Anya answered, sounding far more normal before pausing. She looked to Hal, her face puzzled.

"Wait, what's going on with Gabriel?" She asked, having just clued into that little detail.

"Obviously something has. Are he and Erica ok?"

"Good." was all Anya said after a couple of seconds.

"You're not sending more to die." She then said before looking to Ash.

"You. Go make sure your affairs are in order. I refuse to let you leave without saying good bye to those who care about you, and you care about." That was more of an order than either likely expected from her, and there was a flash of something across her face, that something being her black eyes turning red, among other things. It was rather uncomfortable and disconcerting.

Anya didn't say anything for a few seconds before sighing.

"All right then." She then said before looking to Hal.

"Are yoi going to insist on sending anyone else?" She asked.

Anya just sighed heavily.

"... Oh fine." she agreed after a few seconds.

"I do doubt your survival. Once they find out you're there, you'll be put to death, I can almost guarantee it." She added.

"Also... I can't promise this won't know about you, or even me. There's still a rather annoying connection and all."

Anya was silent.

"I... I didn't know that they had her." She commented.

"I can't talk you out of it, can I?" She then asked.

"Like, is this a case of you following me even if I tell you stay back?"

"Without risking your life? I don't know." Anya answered honestly.

"You have a family, you're mortal." She continued. "And if this shit ain't fixed with Emelie, for all we know, once you die, that's it. If she was in her position, then we both know she'd let you continue to life, reviving you, or whatever."

"Do you really want to possibly die away from your family and have them suffer the loss of you in what could be their last days?" She asked, her tone and wording making it apparent she didn't know about Kelly.

"They'll at least likely let me in." Anya started, "And there's a very good chance that I can get close to the core of this damned book of revelations."

"and YOU want to send people you care about to very likely die? Hey, that's on you." She added. "I didn't realise you cared so little."

"Plus, if I go solo, I can get in and out quicker, easier, and very likely safer." As she spoke, it wasn't hard to tell that she didn't want to do this, but at the same time, that she did. However, it could not be identified WHY she wanted to. Was she doing this out of a sense of requirement? Or was it because she just wanted to be helpful? Something else, entirely?

Sure enough, about fifteen minutes later, there was a knock on the office wall. Not the door, the wall across from Hal's desk. The men looked to each other, obviously confused, before Hall looked to the wall.

"Uhh... enter?" He asked, not sure what to make of it. A couple of seconds later, there wasa portal - and they could both feel the effects of Hell pouring through for the first seconds it was open as Anya walked through.

"Hal, Jake's ... uhh... outta commission for a bit." She told him simply.

"Not sure how long, today at least, possibly tomorrow as well."
