"Stay safe Blair." Casey said as he headed off before sighing.

"And yes. I'm heading up to my son." She answered before sighing.

"Likely to be the last time I see him for awhile, so... I wanna say goodbye." She added with a heavy tone to her voice.

"I know you know what's going on." She continued.

"And I'm sure you realise just HOW much of a beacon I am."

"Hey Az." Casey greeted.

"Wanna walk with me? Let this one get back to work?" She asked after a moment or two.

"Not that I don't appreciate your company and all," She then said to Blair, who just raised both hands.

"Not a problem. I get it. You two are friends, and shit like that." Blair commented.

"Don't worry Blair. I've been through more than just avoiding some fallen angels." Casey assured him.

"I'll be fine. In the end." She added. "Totally not gonna be thrilled for the first bit, obviously." She added before just giving him a hug.

"I'll catch ya later. Take care of my boy, and yourself." With that, she pulled back, pausing a moment.

"To put it very simply, I don't want to add MORE risk those I live with." Casey commented. "So... so I'm leaving. I'll still be contact with my phone and shit, but ... yeah." She added.

"And Thanks." She added. "I do appreciate it." There was definite sincerity to her voice, and it was hard to ignore.

Sure enough, an hour later, Blair gave her a ring.

"Lemme know if it works well for you." He said as he leaned forward a bit. Casey just sighed lightly as she slid it onto her finger, finding it a perfect fit, before looking into the mirror.

"... well, I'll miss the feline features, but at least I look normal, I suppose." She commented. "But really? You had to choose blonde?"

"Hey, I always wanted to see what you looked like blonde. Can't say I disprove." Blair responded, which net a sigh from Casey.

"don't worry! It's not permanent. Seriously. the glamour is on a rotation. You'll have 4 days with this look, then it'll rotate to another. It's easily my most advanced glamour yet, and I can't say I did badly." He told her honestly.

"I could kiss you right now." was all Casey said.

Casey just sighed.

"I'm on a time limit, so I doubt anything too complex can be done." She commented.

"But ideally, I want a randomiser. Something that I can put on, and changes like... when I want it to, every midnight, or something like that. That way I don't have to keep bouncing between glamours." She continued.

"... Casey, what are you wanting the glamour for...?" Kiah asked after a second or two, making the catgirl just sigh.

"I'm leaving. I'm going to be like Vincent, or Rowena, were... nomadic." She told them honestly.

"And the glamours?" Kiah then followed up with.

"To protect myself. I assume you know what's going on in the world now." Casey answered. After they nodded, she just sighed.

"I'm the strongest necromancer on the planet. It's easy to believe they'd come after me to be a bridge. I don't want to be caught up ion this... so... I'm going to just... try not to."

"Yeah... Blair is damned good with them." Casey agreed.

"And thanks. I know this is sudden and short notice and all." She added after a moment or two.

"Don't sweat it. You're family, Casey." Kiah commented from where she was.

"Come on. Let's get you set up." She then said before heading into one of the lab rooms there.

Casey stepped in with a sigh.

"I know you guys are good with glamours, so... if I can get any decent ones, it'd be here, I'm sure." She commented.

"How've you been, anyway? we haven't really chat for... quite awhile, to be honest. It kinda sucks."

"Thank you, Hal." Casey said, her voice sincere before she noticed Ilias. She waved to say hello.

"I'll make sure to head up to your office afterward, don't worrry." she added.

"I ain't gonna bail on help." She sighed, gave him a quick hug, since they were technically family, before stepping back.

"Go do what you need to. I'll see you later."

"Scotland is just as good as anywhere else." Casey commented with a sigh.

"And it's near to Lux if I need to stop by there." She added after a moment or two.

"But seriously. Thank you. I will repay you for this if I live to see the end of ... well... this bullshit we've gotta deal with now."

"No. Nowhere specific." Casey admitted.

".... admittedly, hitching a ride with him would likely be a good idea." She added.

"If only just because he's one of the only people I'd say are safe around me right now. Him and his inability remain dead, and all." She commented.

"Just... let me know when. and please make sure he's ok with it. If it he isn't, I won't do it. Plain and simple."

"I haven't." Casey told him honestly.

"I was going to just ask Kiah for a lift somewhere, if I'm being honest." She added after a moment or two.

"Because... yeah. I'm not going to cause anywhere to go without power just because I wanted somewhere quick." She added after a moment before pausing.

"... could you help with a paper trail?" She asked.

"I would rather not have one, but if the money I'm using is in a card, I'm going to need one."

"Good. Don't roll over." Casey said, her voice a bit harder than before.

"Don't give in." She added. "I would hate to know that the one place I have the most respect for, I think, just gave in and rolled over when the Fallen came knocking."

"Ah, right. 2 more things. 1: Do you know if Evan is working today? .... I want to stop by and see him before I leave, if he is." She said, a bit of emotion to her voice. Then again, she was talking about her son, and who knew when she would see him next as it stood.

"And thank you for the offer to stay here if need be, but I don't have the mana for transport - otherwise I cause problems - so... I'm just going to be staying in Europe I think. I should be largely out of the way there, and I doubt anyone would actually look for me there." She continued, pausing a moment. "So... since I won't gbe here, please, look out for my son. I do worry about him."

Casey didn't say anything, just mouthed 'thank you' to him. She didn't want to say anything, just in case someone would overhear and that could lead to a path she was sure that he didn't want to deal with.

"I assume you know everything going on, though." She then said after a moment or two.

"Honestly, I'd like to just stay here, as I'm reasonably certain that even here would be better than home - protections and all - but I doubt this place could stand up against 'em if they came wstormed the place or some shit. Especially since you have both celestials and infernals here. That just.... would give them evenMORE reason."
