"How much time do we have to find her?" She asked, her voice betraying how desperate she was finding herself. She didn't want to lose Gabe, and it wasn't because she didn't want him out of her life. It was more that she didn't want him to lose who he was, what he had within him.
"Is there something that can be done to slow it down...?"

"Gabe, what the hell happened at the end there?" She asked, her voice concerned as she got to her knees ahead of him.
"Seriously. What happened? What did that fuckwit DO to you?" She added before pausing.
"And I'm all right. More... more confused and winded."

"I don't see an---" She started before being cut off by a beam just ahead of her, behind Gabe. She didn't get a chance to say anything before the Fallen arrived. Erica hadn't time to react, before Gabe felt their hand on the back of his neck, the mana stunning him if nothing else pretty severely for the moment.
The Fallen just reached up to the halo that Gabe had, even though it was hidden from view, and used their mana to cause it to darken, and crack.
"You won't fight against us, soon enough, Gabriel." They said before vanishing, leaving them alone. There were no other Fallen in the house now.
They wanted Erica, but had to make a change of plans.

"Then let's GET there." She half snapped. "Because I refuse to go down to these little bitches."
She was watching behind them, and saw one that hadn't been beat on yet, closing the distance, quickly.
"Gabriel, you've got one incoming."

They had to get out of there, after all. The question though, was how. It seemed that they were prepared for them to leave.
"Gabe!" She called before motioning to the door.
"Let's get the fuck OUT of here."

"What the fuck are yoi going on about?" she asked, not making the connection about why it might actually be her that would work.
"Whatever it is, I refuse to help."

And she had no idea what the hell it was that she was doing here, either.
As she tried to do something, anything, to help Gabe, she felt someone grab her shoulder, tightly. It took her by surprise, and it hurt like a bitch. However, it didn't matter how much she squirmed or fought to get out of that grasp.
They had plans if she wouldn't cooperate.
"Let GO of me!" She exclaimed as she twisted, hoping to get them to let go.
Sadly, they didn't. They gripped tighter, but she bit back the cry of pain from that twist.

"Let's get the fuck out of here." she stated. not taking her eyes off of the one that was still there, and able to fight. She did not trust him, at all.
"Like now, please." She added, grabbing hold of Gabe's arm, so that if he did mana out, she'd be going with him.

"You can fuck off too." She stated before bringing her feet up. His hands were busy, and he'd have to let go of her, or take the hit.
Her feet went for his torso, aiming to bring them up and push off of him. She did know that she'd likely end up getting hurt doing this, but she also didn't really find herself caring too terribly much if she were to be honest.
At this point, it was a point of getting the hell out of there.
GABE! She screamed mentally, hoping he'd hear her.

She grabbed it, whirled around, and aimed to stab her attacker. As she felt the connecion, the slice, she didn't stop. Just pushed it forward farther, stabbing him through the torso.
"I won't let you." She then said before wrenching the blade to the side, pulling it back,, turning, and heading off quickly to hide.
