If you like creepy comics with a bit or a lot of magic, I highly recommend Locke and Key.

Stephen King's son is the writer, but uses a different last name from his dad, and it's a different kind of horror than King writes, but it's really really good

I was not a fan of Anakin before watching Clone Wars, but now I actually care about his story.

@Tsundererra: if you watch the takes they discarded from filming the prequels, you'll see that the actor who played teen Anakin actually can act, but Lucas didn't seem to want his actors to do much acting.
