Yuki shook her head.

"No... no I don't think I do." She asnwered after a moment or two.

"Oh... is there... any sort of temp control in here?" She asked, her voice curious as she looked around.

"Kaia and I like very different temperatures."

"Name is Yuki, which I got from what I am." Yuki started.

"And that is?" Hal asked, his voice curious.

"Yuki-Onna." She answered honestly. "Or Snow-Woman as most people around here tend to prefer."

"Current residence is the theatre you saved us from. Age is .... I'm not sure it's possible for one such as myself to HAVE an age, and I have an American citizenship despite being from Japan. Also French, but that I think may only be applicable while in Europe."

Kaia nodded.

"Yeah, of course." She said.

"I'll leave you two, to speak for the moment." She added. "Go out and grab some food to keep in here and whatnot."

"Yeah... thanks Kaia." Yuki said after a moment or two.

"Hey, no problem. You two chat. I'm going to go drop this stuff off in one of the rooms and head out." Kaia said before giving Yuki a hug and heading off to do just that.

"I can deal with groceries." Kaia answered honestly.

"I don't have any issues with going outside." She added after a moment as Yuki just sat down on the couch.

"Yuki here, meanwhile, has never BEEN outside. AT least not since back in Japan." She added.

"Yeah... I really haven't."

@Priestess of Pie: I've had a migraine. ONCE in my life.
And I mean a full fledged I literally cannot function, style. It was caused by a fucking cockatiel that was squaking RIGHT IN MY EAR for like forty five minutes while I was trying to watch a movie.
Ohhh that was torture. lol.

Also, sparkley.... that's a thing?
Oh geez. I get that sporadically sometimes, but never connected THAT with anything.

the 'aura' for me is more ... my vision vibrates for a second or two. Which makes inking a pain.

Oh, and you have got to love headaches that won't go away. Like omg.

Yuki nodded, obviously appreciative.

"Of course." She said ebefore doing a check and making sure that she didn't forget anything. Once that was done, both her and Kaia grabbed his hand.

"Thank you so much, Sharp." Kaia then said.

"And we're ready."

Hal wasn't waiting for too long, only about ten minutes before the two ladies returned.

"All right, we're back, and good to go." Kaia said as they approached.

"Where... where WILL we be going...?" Yuki then asked after a moment or two.

"San Diego." was Kaia's answer. "we'll be int he dorm rooms there."

"... Is... Are they blocked off...? I mean... Windows and whatnot aren't a thing, right?" Yuki asked, and there was legit concern and fear to her voice.

So, for the past... hell, couple years? I'm not entirely sure. Anyway, I had a doctor's appointment regarding it, finally.

Turns out, the reason for it all is Ocular Migraines which is 100000000000% NOT what I expected to be told.

I know it doesn't really matter to anyone here, but I wanted to just say it somewhere.

"I... thanks..." Yuki said, her voice quiet.

"I'll go with you, let's not do this alone." Kaia said with a light smile.

"We'll be back." She told Sharp before heading off with Yuki to do exactly as they were needing to.

As they got downstairs, Kaia noticed something, noticing a lack of something ot the air.

"dammit." She muttered as she led Hal down the corridor to an open door. As they entered, they saw Yuki in the middle of the room, holding something.

"Kaia.... James is gone." She said quietly.

"I just... I went.... I turned to grab my phone... and... and he's..." She started as Kaia just made her way over, wrapping her arms around Yuki.

"I know... I know. We need to get out of here, Yuki."

"I most certainly hope you're right." Kaia said before pausing, thinking about something.

".... they... they've been gone awhile." She muttered, looking behind her.

"I'm not sure that's..." She was interrupted as a scream rent the air.

Kaia nodded.

"Thanks." She said.

"Just... seriously. Thank you." She added, her voice quiet, sincere.

"I don't know if the others are dead, but ... I really don't want to lose the last two. We're a family, and it's definitely not nice to have your family torn from you." She added after a second or two.

Kaia just sighed, heavily.

"I do, yeah. I have family. Yuki? Her father is one that went missing, she has no family, given what she is." She continued.

"And I'm not sure about James. I don't think he has anywhere, either, as he lost his family when hunters attacked a few decades back." She added.

"We could hit up a hotel or motel.... but they all let in far too much natural sunlight. Yuki wouldn't survive."

"Unless you can arrange for me, or you, or anyone, to get Yuki there while the sun is up. It would be better to do it now, just ... because no one has gone missing yet today." Kaia admitted after a moment or two, with a heavy sigh.

"I'm worried about who will be next, if I'm being honest." She added as she just looked around the large auditorium.

"This place should be full tonight. We had a number of shows planned, scheduled, and now we've had to refund 4 sold out shows. Suffice to say, it sucks. I want this to be over with already."
