"I might not actually be here. I don't know. I can't explain the flickering otherwise."

Vaeri didn't say anything, but did not. It wasn't hard to tell that she wasn't in the best of shapes, even if it was mostly just the effects of the realm that needed to fade.

Assuming she wasn't forcefully wrenched back there, that is. As she flickered out of existence again for a few seconds, it wasn't hard to guess that it was a very real possibility.

"Is there anywhere I can get some sleep, at least?" She asked, her voice curious. "... and hope to stay here...."

Vaeri was silent for a moment before shaking her head.

"Nononono... that's a realm between worlds. To go there means to be gone... to leave... to..." she was starting to panic slightly, but the question was why.

However, it was likely due to the fact that she had been there. It wasn't hard to believe that it was a place that would leave its mark on someone.

Vaeri was silent for a moment.

"It was depressing." She answered.

"Dark... cold... it felt so empty, so without anything." She added.

"I ... I don';t know if I'll be able to shake taht off for awhile."

Vaeri was silent for a moment as she just bit her lip.

"It's just... "She paused before looking to Hal.

"... Yuki's here?" She asked.

"Good..."

"I don't know." Vaeri answered.

"I can't make out what they are. I can barely even SEE them. Where I was, is dark, almost akin to pure blackness all around." She added.

"So dark that I could barely see an inch in front of me. I don't know if I was alone, I don't think I was as I could hear others, but... I just... I couldnt' see anything."

"That's the thing. I don't know." Vaeri answered.

"Something is stealing anyone who goes into the theatre, hiding them." She added.

"I was only able to come back due to what I am. And I don't know like it, this takes a LOT out of me."

"Right now..?" Vaeri asked.

"Somehow stop me from being taken, stolen, forced back, to the plane that I was on." She answered honestly.

"I'm not sure what happened, but I do know that ... just..." She paused a moment, flickering from sight and existence for a moment before returning.

".... and that is a headrush, every damned time." She added as she braced herself against the desk.

Vaeri was silent for a moment before looking over to Hal.

"Hello." She greeted, sounding about as dead tired as she honestly looked.

"My name is Vaeri Carnelis, and I've been told that this is somewhere that a non-human can go to get some help if they have no other options." She said
