She didn't say anything before getting herself up to a seated position, and accepting the bottle. She 'cheers' him with it as a way of saying thank you, before opening it and taking a drink, knowing he was right, and she did need to hydrate herself.

She didn't down half the bottle, but close, before sighing and just meeting her brothers gaze.

"Is there anything you want me to keep in mind, for this bout?" She asked

Alice was silent as ash said all he did. She just sank to the grassy ground beneath ehr and laid back. When he asked if she was all right, she just gave him a thumbs up, but didn't actually move.

She hurt, a lot, but she knew she'd be ok in the end. Just needed to give her nerves some time to calm down and whatnot. She'd be smarting for the next few days at least, though.

Alice was silent for a moment before nodding.

"That's good to know." She said simply, but didn't say anything else. She didn't know what to say, and honestly wasn't going to try and figure anything out. Ash was one person she could let her guard down, and she definitely loved that.

However, she also knew that she'd likely end up bloody after this. It wasn't something that was too surprised about, though. She expected her brother to beat her up a bit with this.

Alice nodded, but didn't say anything. She did grab adrink, however. It wasn't too surprising, as she was a mute, barely speaking with anyone.

She looked bored, if anything, as she was just looking out to the forest, seeming to be thinking about this that or the other.

"How many dead animals do you leave out there?"

"Aunt Rocky, demi and Jaden all rejected it." Alice answered after a moment or two.

"And I don't care how. Hand to hand would be a good start, learnt he basics first." she continued.

"And thank you." she paused a moment.

"I'm going to hang out in the backyard for a bit. Mom's stressing me out."

She made her way to where her brother was before sighing.

".... Teach me to fight." She said, although there was an intquiry to it.

"Please?" She asked

Rowena just sighed, heavily.

"It really is." She agreed.

"and yeah, if you'd be so kind." She paused a moment. "I appreciate it. And as a thank you, I'll bring you some of those brownies you adore so much."

"Vicki and Alice both dropped their runes at shool recently, was wondering if you'd be willign to talk to with Vicki about it. Alice... maybe later, after she opens up to people again." Rowena answered after a moment or two.

"I'm not sure I'd be the best to do it." She added. "That's a dark path I really don't want to set a toe back into, due to ... well, how easily it could pull me back in."

"So...l yeah. You willing to help out?"

About twenty minutes later, Rowena made her way to her son's, and knocked on the door. When the door was opened, she saw one of her grand daughters and was told Ash was in the back yard. She nodded, said her thank yous, and made her way around the house.

"Yo! Ash!" She called, as she did so, wodnering what he was doing.

As she neared, she waved.

"Got a minute?"

"Yeah, I was considering it." Rowena admitted.

"However, I want to talk to Ash, first." She added.

"So I'm going to go make a 'date' for it, and then stop by to talk with Ash on the way."

"Will I be? Yes." Rowena answered.

"For now, I think I need to de stress somehow. Because holy hell." She addedafter a few seconds.

"Because seriously. Holy hell."

Vicki just laughed.

"No worries. I'm not an emotional mess for the moment." Vicki stated.

"I just deal with sudden headaches, that's it." She paused here before sighing.

"And on that note, I'm gonna go have a shwoer. I've got a headache brewing and I really want to nip it in the bud, if I can at all."

Vicki nodded.

"Yeah, he's all right. Just... received some information that he has a need to follow up on. He might be a bit caught up with that." She told him honestly.

"And it's all good. Dont' worry about it." She added. "If anything, I think he's better than 'all right', and will be even better soon."

Vicki was silent for a moment after he'd left before just chuckling lightly.

Happy to help." she said quietly, knowing he couldn't hear it, before heading inside again.

" He's gone." she said as she reached the den again.

"Might not be back tomorrow, but should be the day after." she added
