"I noticed. Looks a mess, but alive." Kelly commented.

"If you're curious, as ofmy last knowledge, he was in the hot tub trying to stop hurting so much." She told him.

"Aunt Casey's there to help if he needs it."

"So what can I do?"

"I'm smart, Zeke." Kelly said with a sigh.

"I may not know specifics, but I'd put money down that the sword? That thing met my dad." She continued.

"When he said he was off... hunting out something for Emelie."

"Harmony?" Kelly asked, her voice curious. That was something she'd never heard reference to, aside from music.

"What do you mean? What's music got to do with any of this?" She asked before pausing.

"... or is my Aunt part of the equation and somehow managing to get her mana into music or some shit?"

"Sounds like it's a good thing I never leave it behind when I go anywhere." Kelly commented before making her way over to where she said it was and sitting down.

"And Emelie is missing?" She asked. "That... that's not good. There's a balance that she and her sister grant."

"Is there anything I can do to help? Considering the sword I have, I wouldn't be surprised if there is. Although I'm mortal, so I also wouldn't be surprised if I can't."

"Exclaibur...?" Kelly asked, her voice a bit surprised, and curious.

"I yeah. It's in the pile over there." She said, motioning to where there was a pile of blankets and a couple of pillows, obviously where they'd been comfy.

"Under the pillows, specifically. Why?"

When he stepped outside he saw Kelly standing at the edge of the roof, looking down to the ground. If one didn't know her, and didn't realise that she had wings she could bring forth at will, it wouldn't look good. She was alone as well, as it seemed that Lily's brother, Luke, had headed off for whatever reason.

"Huh?" Kelly wondered as she looked behind her, having her Zeke call for her.

"What's going on? Not often you come looking for me here." She paused.

".... did I miss a lesson or something?"

"He's a bit... shall we say he has an itchy trigger finger." She told him.

"anyway, come on." She added as she stepped out of the way.

"Kelly's on the roof with my brother." She added.

"That door there," she motioned to one, pointing it out for him. "has a staircase straight up."

She nodded.

"Yeah. It's my snake." She told him before tapping something on her shoulder, causing a snake to come into view.

And it was HUGE.

Zeke could easily tell that if it was uncoiled and completely straight, it would easily be double her height, if not a touch more.

Zeke was waiting for a few before feeling something coiling around his leg, and up his body. There was a definite warning to whatever it was, as well. He could feel some panic starting to bubble within him, and as he searched his body, the area, he found he couldn't see whatever it was. He could certainly feel it though, and that was enough to set him on a definite edge.

He did not like this.

Not at all.

Zeke was left there, hoping that whatever was coiling around him didn't decide to go tighter, as he was worried it could do some serious damage if it chose to do that, for about three minutes before the door opened. Almost immediately, before anything was said, and before he was able to properly process who it was that answered, the invisible thing shifted slightly. It almost felt like it was looking toward the door.

"Down." The young woman who answered stated. He could felt feel whatever it was that was around him seeming to relax and leave him.

"Casey called, you're here for Kelly, aren't you?"

"Normally, I'd say you were being one, but I get why you were." Casey commented.

"And... that is good to know. I'll make sure those in the house are aware of what's going on, if only so we can all try and defend outselves if the need arises." She added after a moment or two.

"Wish we didn't need to though." She added before shaking her head.

"Anyway. Just... take care of yourself, and go give the inforamtion to Kelly. She should be with Luke at his place." She then said. "And something tells me that the draydins already have an idea as to something going on, what with them being in contact with the planet."

Casey was silent for a moment before sighing, heavily.

"Yeah. I heard about Ascalon." She commented.

"Ash came home all beaten and battered and had a few choice words about how that blade was in the hands of someone it shouldn't have been. "

"If there is anything I can do to help with this mess, lemme know, hey?"

Casey was silent for a moment before sighing, heavily.

"I'm the strongest necromancer on this planet. Of course I feel it." She then said.

"The balance between life and death... it's getting to be very tenuous. Almost as if the different realms - heaven, hell, limbo, purgatory.... they're being split apart at the seams."

"I can think of a few reasons." Casye commented as she leaned against the doorframe.

"However, the most likely one is that she's notoriously bad for letting her battery die." She told him simply.

"Chances are that's all it is. I doubt they're doing anything too personal, since as far as I'm aware, his sister is home."

It took about five minutes before the door opened, but it didn't reveal who he was looking for. Instead, it was the cat girl that lived there.

"You're going to give me a migraine, Zeke." She said before sighing.

"Kelly's not home. She's with Lucas." She then said. "Want me to tell her to hunt you out whenever she comes home? Or are you going over to the Draydin's to hunt her out?"
