@Ava: When she sleeps with us, she HAS to put herself in an uncomfortable spot on/around my legs so it makes it difficult to roll over without kicking her off. Also she sometimes tries to eat my hair, I swear. Probably her way of trying to groom me lol.
20k isn't bad. I was somehow expecting smaller lol. LA...I can't imagine living there! Sounds expensive and too crowded for me haha.
Some pets that live forever (compared to humans) I worry about them when their human passes away. Like parrots and tortoises, for example.

@totalanimefan: That's true. I know last school year, Georgia passed all the kids up to the next grade I guess because they didn't want to deal with the very real possibility that kids were falling behind, and that was so jarring. I have a coworker who has twins and they're both autistic. I don't know how she does it.

@Wildfire: Sounds like pretty good pulls to me! The Merlantis is a pretty item, and I like the Bird of Prey, which luckily I already have.

@totalanimefan: That makes sense, and yeah, the pandemic wasn't helping his lack of socialization with kids his age. Before the pandemic, his early intervention program had weekly support groups he could attend, but that went away obviously. And I can't imagine how families are dealing for kids who have greater special needs. Like for those who are forced into distance learning when they really need that in-person factor...ugh.
Oh yeah, my cats are great about destroying my furniture. x-x My new couch didn't last long with them clawing at it. I can't think of a material that they wouldn't destroy with their claws and/or fur.

I got a Unique Witch Hat and a Botanist!
Although I don't have the hat, I would have preferred the Unique Frizz Hawk or Unique Bases out of the Unique items that were in there. Still, pretty happy with my draws!

@totalanimefan: Well he's starting preschool next week, which he's never been in a school setting, so I'm a bit anxious to see how he'll transition. He's had early intervention for his speech and will continue to receive speech therapy when he starts preschool, so looking forward to watching him reach more milestones. Right now he doesn't say many words, and we are actually waiting to be scheduled an appointment to see if he'll be formally diagnosed with autism since he has a few of the red flags for it.
My male cat isn't really a lap cat, but he does get in your personal space lol.
