Had baked eggplant with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder til soft, then added marinara sauce then sprinkled cheese on top. Put spaghetti with sauce under it and ate. Very full, very happy.

I can't remember if I like eggplant or not.
I'm so-so with squash and zucchini, which I know are similar in texture. Just depends on how they're cooked if I'll eat it or not.

Ah, Rick Riordan. I read his Percy Jackson series years ago, which was awesome. Thought about re-reading it, but also starting on his other series.
One of the big book stores is going out of business, so they're doing a liquidation sale. Tempted to go get those...
