woof tho I've grown a lot for real in a LOTTA ways HAHA... but like man I look at my old pixels and Im like "yikes whyd they let me do this-" (as with all art-)
That was the good thing about the Kpop forums. You just applied and then they announced the accepted applicants at some point. There was no interview. Although on the first site you did kind of have a trial period, but it was pretty easy to pass that period.

but i don't go on that site much anymore luckily.
I was on voltra's staff during launch as writer and short time item person[idk what it's called]
but writing was too stressful so i had to pull back.
@ghost: for real. so i quit because honestly...people were not that nice.
and would always kind talk rudely to me.

so I applied to be a graphic designer and I can't mind my business so I kinda just wormed my way into helping in... every... role... oops ;'3c (Im sure I'm so annoying...) .. nah tho I just helped out where I saw they needed it and it kinda snowballed from there SO...
THAT'S HOW I BECAME CREATIVE DIRECTOR...
