i guess if you're bored you could at least look for stuff to do ... kind of like if you're cold you can always put on more layers but if you're hot you can't take off any more lol

i try to thank ppl who do behind the scenes stuff as much as i can cuz it's so easy for their hard work to get swept under the rug! (voltra included ...... hope i don't come off like a suck up Lol)

when i was in environments when i was stressed all the time, it was definitely a bad time Haha

@xvz: Usually we do a "let's go out to eat somewhere special" for everyone's birthdays. But instead we've been doing a lot of what do you want let's make a family cooking night out of it for the last few years. It's been wonderful!

yeah i notice people don't really... maintain their stuff. like i (somehow, not sure how) maintain all the stuff i wrote and... it's a pain LOL things getting deprecated left and right and sometimes i end up doing only maintainance rather than new stuff that might be needed too

kind of like if you've ever have a roommate who never cleans and doesn't realize how much cleaning goes into maintaining the apt Lol
I think in a lot of dev jobs the turnover is so high that people just don't bother. It suuuuuuucks though.
