The academic stuff has time-limits attached, and the stray projects are making me crazy because they're just piles of things on tables, etc., that I'd much rather have cleaned off!

I actually got mega motivated last night and unpacked all of my costumes and hung them up. Inspiration .. to be spooky~ :DD

@0v7: oh man! MSpaint is one I don't think to use anymore. Respect to you. I googled Krita, it looks a lot like my program. I might end up using that when my program expires and yells at me to upgrade/pay. I use Corel essential painter, which expires every couple years and it tells you to upgrade. I use the 'cheap' version.

@Wildfire: We have one local playground park. I've met a lot of people there and talked about things to do in the area. We have a lot of local national parks too. Due to fire hazards and wildfires, most were closed and are still closed.
I'm thinking we'll take this weekend to do stuff with the kids, get out of our routine at home and go walking or something. although it's getting cold here now.

@Wildfire: I haven't seen him today, and my grandpa didn't pay attention to his eye this morning so he couldn't tell me if it was still swollen or not....
@Koah: I use MSpaint for drafts since it's so simple! I love Krita for everything else though, especially digital art. It has a super customizable brush engine is that's your kind of thing! It isn't for me, considering I use... one brush... for everything lolol

My lunch today was roasted green beans and salmon - delayed, because I turned the oven off halfway into roasting both, like a fool.
