I think I was more of a Sailor Moon kid. And most of the cartoons from when I was that age were kind of bizarre. Ren & Stimpy, Rocko's Modern Life, and all the 'dogs go to heaven' esque movies.

- It's hard for me to picture Ares really, because I have an RP with my group about the Greek gods.
And their spirits or whatever have been put into mortals, and the mortal who has Ares is literally a flower princess kind of girl.

It's one of my favorites we have because all the characters are so fun!
We have an Apollo, too: a Korean girl named Sabrina.
I think we've got all the Olympians except Dionysus and Athena.
And we've got Hecate, too, because yes. lol
I don't have autocorrect on my computer, just spell check.

Autocorrect is a pain sometimes because I enjoy purposefully spelling certain things wrong, and I don't like to have them corrected without permission.

My group and I love our fantasy stuff.
We've got that Greek god one, a couple wizarding world ones, and more.
One I'm not in that the rest are is about monsters and stuff, they've got another one about dragons and dragon riders.
We're very fantastic people.
But me and one other have a couple of slice of life RP's on discord.
And one that's a little mix of both, kind of?
But only because it's an Indiana Jones thing.
I was originally going to just genderbend Indiana period, but I changed it and instead my Indy is the OG Indy's granddaughter. c:

Like I make mistakes enough on my own, I don't need my computer making them more me, too.

You can not put any amount of teenagers together and not regret it. XD
Oh my god, the corrections and edits we've all had to make because we misread or misunderstood something.... Endless.
That's why it's really important for me to build a friendship with people I RP with, because I need people to understand that I'm an idiot.
I'm an okay writer, my group would argue that I'm better than I say but eh, but I still make mistakes and screw up so it's better to have a friend be like "hey, this is actually wrong" instead of someone getting all mad that I messed up.
Like no one is a perfect writer, no one can catch every detail all the time, and I'm not about to deal with someone who can't accept that or who thinks a mistake is like an active attack on either them or their character or the RP as a whole.
In my group we're all friends and we've been friends for years, and it's established that mistakes happen and we gently correct them.
It also helps because one of our number is dyslexic, so there are times where we have to ask for clarity and edits and it's best to approach that as a friend.
I'm not here for being mean, I believe that RPing is for fun and for learning and people don't learn unless you help them along.
That's our goal, we're helping each other become better writers, which in turn makes our RP's that much better.
