@Tsundererra: you know TMF and I have talked about it. He says that it will and I’m like we can’t wait until a bunch of people die off that’s 20 years in the future. And it seems that almost all boomers are choosing to age in place (as in keep the house and not downsize) compared to past generations. They don’t want to be seen as ‘old’ yet. What do you think?

@Totalanimefan: I had TMF’s mindset like 10 years ago, but now I’m leaning more towards your opinion because the worst of the worst boomers look like they won’t be dying any time soon. Plus, they’ve already done so much damage that will take years to fix regarding other stuff.
And I’m worried that if they do pass, their next of kin will inherit the expensive house and keep the prices high because of greed.
