@nyreen: As mentioned I'll by starting with my dnd as a base. xD I don't have an image for her right now... I should work on finding one or something. For the moment, just a mild description will be done. I say that, but bio is awkwardly long. I'll adjust things later. :'D

Name:: Harveste Rocan
Gender:: Female
Race:: Half Spirit/Half High Elf
Age:: Unknown
Height: 4'9"
Weight: ...I haven't thought of how much a half ghost ways honestly.
Appearance: Lavender hair often kept in thick braids, green eyes and a fairly nimble stature.
Personality: A bit of an 'at her own pace' sort, Harveste's the type who's intensely curious and often gets caught up in her own thoughts. She's not good with social cues, and quick to deem people friends on the first meeting. Her trusting nature and need for knowledge can be both a strength and a curse, depending on who you ask about it.
Brief Biography: Harveste is an unusual hybrid, born between the spirits and a high elf. Raised as part of a committee of spirits and mortals that work together to keep balance in the world of the living and dead, she was essentially raised by a village while kept unusually closeted from the outside world. Perhaps because she was raised by mostly elders and by the archives of knowledge she had access to, she became unbearably curious and oblivious to normal customs. Despite this, perhaps because she was the youngest, intrigued and open-minded, she was chosen to work alongside Aleya to calm the spirits and stop the terror of the tyrant. The council can only pray it's not regrettable later.

EDIT: I have a way to respond but I hope it actually is okay since I'm kinda just winging it and assuming it's a way to meet. We didn't really plan it this way but... The post seemed logical when I read it so I'm writing it now xD

@Alatariel: I sadly lack a Switch. I don't even have a 3DS (anymore, because mine broke ages ago and is literally held together by a wire) so... Releases these days don't really seem to affect me. Not that I could afford them anyway right now xD I have so many games on my "get in the next five years when they're old and cheap' list. Mostly Pokemon and Harvest Moon/Story of Seasons. And Rune Factory 5 if and when it comes out ever.

Say, say! I've never heard of that Count Lucanor game... What makes it creepy and cute? And what kind of game is it? Tell me more~

I barely play the AC mobile game at all now. In fact, I finally moved it off my main storage since I don't use it enough to want it easily accessible right away. I kind of... go through phases a lot. I've been debating turning on my wii for the first time in probably a year or so since my boyfriend made me have an itch to play some Smash Brothers... oops.

@Lady Luna: Hehe, I normally don't physically make gifts, just cards. I was just having fun with sewing that year anyway. I learned I hate sewing machines that year too- I did all the sewing by hand, because my small sewing machine was just so loud it made it hard for me to keep things steady. xD

@Elithiya: I once freaked out for a good reason... my friend was texting me while wandering around outside during a major hurricane with severe hail. Seriously what is wrong with people! Bad weather means stay inside! There's a reason it's so loud!

Also you know what noise always scares me? Car noises. Like sirens and car alarms. Hearing one makes my heart flake out so bad.

@nyreen: That is super sweet! And I'm certain it's extra true. I went to schools for kids with mental health problems that couldn't go to regular public schools due to various issues. When you're in any way at risk or in a tough spot, the people who truly help you are insanely important and become irreplaceable memories and people overall. <3

@nyreen: Here we go, our very own OOC! So... basic reminders.

Concept: Fantasy/Supernatural setting. An evil tyrant is using spirits as fodder for his weaponry in attempts to take over the world, and one mortal goes to find the secret council between mortals and spirits to get help in making a plan to solve it. The spirits have begun to be enraged, however- so, while working with a half-spirit advisor from the council, the mortal must help calm the rampaging spirits and find allies to stop the evil lord from succeeding in his plans.

...Yeah you described it way better than me, but oh well xD

I dunno what to put on a character sheet right now. I'll mimic you with mine xD

Good title ideas! I'll merge them to make the OOC. Since we're doing an OOC though, we could just put the character profiles there right? Either way... I'll get on that now~

@nyreen: I love figurines, generally, but... I will always prefer stuffed animals and plush dolls because somehow, the softer they are the less intimidated I am.
Posted in Do you ever just sit there and just think? Posted 6 years ago
I do it a lot, especially when I'm trying to go to sleep. My thoughts vary from story ideas and random daydreams, to trying to figure out what I'm supposed to do about something bothering me or 'why did I ever say x to y' or... just other worries.

For some reason it's always anxiety driven or creative fuel running wild. I'd like some 'random happy non-story thoughts' sometimes too xD

@nyreen: I don't know if there even *is* a PM cap xD I just auto assume there is. I haven't checked. Oops.
But okay! Want me to start the OOC or do you? And any particular title? We can always edit it later, I think.

@Elithiya: That's an interesting one... Does that include your own feet? I'm a bit curious. And yeah... No one should love tornadoes as much as some people do. They're dangerous. Like hail. xD

@nyreen: Some dolls freak me out too. Like those porcelain figurines you see in a stereotypical grandma's house? Somehow I still think they're haunted in the demonic possession sense. I'm not against demons or anything but... iunno. Those things freak me out. So do Japanese daruma and most Russian nesting dolls for some reason. They look creepy.

@nyreen: I'm fine with or without profiles, but I can't do images for it at this point, that's all I know. I'm fine with an OOC or through PMs- though I don't know about the inbox capacity/what happens when you run out of space, so I should look into that too. What's easier on you in general?

As for your idea on advisorship: I like that idea! It explains a half mortal being part of it anyway.

@Unicorn: I don't know what's wrong with it! It was fine yesterday, but last night... It wasn't really booting well. I fell asleep waiting for it to boot so I don't know if it ever did, but I woke up with it dead (not insane to believe though that that can happen since I fell asleep before plugging it in). Today... After charging it a while, I tried to turn it on. It was booting for an hour and still didn't. Dad's trying to figure out what's wrong with it, but I dunno. I hope the warranty is still valid if I can find it :'D

@Saeyra: Your point is pretty good there. Sometimes I make puns without even meaning to, I guess! It's a lovely coinkidink~

I mean you're already ahead of me in that department. In that you have something you can retire from. I'm just a poor useless adult. I don't even fully know what a 401k is. I just know it's a financial math thing and good for puns at times like this :'D
