No trick or treaters tonight, sadly. God I miss my old neighborhood; we got kids of all ages, I got to decorate the porch and the living room (I did a 'Halloween table' every year), got to sit outside for a few hours with Halloween music going and see all the fun costumes. I do miss that.
Didn't get to the cookies either but it's getting late, so I'll make 'em tomorrow. Halloween isn't over until I damn well say so. XD

@Lotus: Thank you! And yeah, gonna be hard to top the cake I made last year lmao. I might make it again. Cherry Chocolate Cake with Eggnog Custard, topped with mini chocolate chips and pomegranate arils. A little expensive to put together but soooo worth it.

Well, I turn 39 on the 28th, so there's that. (ew)
But I'm looking forward to Thanksgiving and Christmas; there's always family get togethers and they're pretty fun. :) Still trying to figure out what dessert I'm making for Christmas. o3o

There are a lot of kids in our neighborhood but we never get trick or treaters. Gonna leave the light on tonight just in case but I'm not holding my breath. Oh well, more Kit Kats for me I guess! XD

Do you have any plans for today (it's Halloween!!)?
I think I might make the monster eye cookies kit I bought earlier this month today. Other than that, no plans, sadly. I doubt we'll even get trick or treaters but I did at least get some Kit-Kats just in case. :)
Tea, or coffee? ... Or cocoa?
Tea, usually. If I have coffee it's usually a special treat. Cocoa is okay on occasion but I'm not super crazy about hot drinks in general.

@Wildfire: I'm doing okay, did 15 minutes in the pool and 2 miles + on the recumbent bike! Now I'm figuring out what to make for dinner. ^^;
I got one (1) bundle. That's all I managed lmao, but that's okay, at least I got that. :D

Depends on the movie and the bad guy, but yeah, I've been known to cheer for the villain a few times, lol. Re-Animator is one of my worst poisons in that regard!

I was sick for week about three weeks ago and barely had any cough even at the time, but I've got a lingering cough STILL that just won't die. :(
