I’m at my doctor’s appointment and I told him that I threw my medication away. Thankfully he wasn’t upset, but he prescribed me a different medication that will hopefully work better with improving my mood. [ ‘:

Yesterday I felt so anxious and depressed that I drank to try to calm down, but instead it only made my thoughts worse. Then I acted impulsively and dumped my anxiety meds into the trash.... [ ':

I can't wait to tell my doctor about this on Wednesday lol....
