"Nah, you've nothing to apologise for! I'm the one who asked." She said with a chuckle.

"But all that is definitely interesting to know." She added after a moment.

"Makes me wonder if I could do the same thing, if I shifted into you, or one of your kind."

Sabrina was silent through Ilias' explanation.

"Huh." was all she uttered at first.

[b]"That's pretty damned handy regardless. If you encountered someone who was in the process of turning to marble from someone ele, could you do anything about that to save them? Or does it have to be the one who caused it?

Sabrina listened to all he said before chuckling.

"well, at least you found a place to hide." She then said.

"If nothing else, it's good for that. Although, now I gotta ask. Can you turn people to stone?" She asked.

"By technicality, yes." Ilias answered with a nod.

"By technicality...?" Sabrina asked in response.

"It's not stone, exactly. Gorgon turn their victims into stone statues, as if they were carved from granite." He started, clarifying.

"I can turn people to marble."

"Oh damn. Sounds like an upgrade to me." Sabrina commented with a laugh. "I realise eyes probably aren't eh way to do it, then. Since we've been looking at each other and chatting, and I'm still nimble as ever." She continued.

"How do you do it?"

"It's thanks to being here that the lock has been removed." She told him.

"So yeah, I get it. This is definitely a good place." She added.

"What's your deal, anyway?" She asked.

"How'd one like you end up being here? Shouldn't you be back in Europe?"

Sabrina did essentially pet Helena's head.

"Yeah, I'm new. Arrived last night." She told him.

"Spent the night in the medwing to have a branding removed. That was fun." She added with a sigh.

"But at least my shifting isn't on lockdown anymore."

Sabrina jut chuckled.

"Oh, I'm a Shifter." She told him honestly.

"Not many like me around on this continent. Most are European or Asian." Shea dded with a light shrug.

"We aren't too rare inn said parts of the world, but 'round here? We are."

Sabrina was silent for a moment, holding a hand out to the snake, to Helena.

"I thought gorgon kin were only females." She commented as Helen's tongue flicked her hand. The snake looked to her, confusd, for a few seconds before seeming to get closer and try and get more of an idea.

".... Something tells me she's never encountered one like me before." She commented with a light laugh.

"I know Greek." Sabrina commented as she took a seat, making her feet bare and hanging them in the water.

"Had a regular who was greek, and thought my the language." She added before smirking. She said all that In greek, and was wondering how well it was that she sounded. It had been quite awhile since she'd last spoken the language, as that client had stopped coming by a few years back.

"Oh, also, I'm Sabrina Reid." She added, figuring an introduction would be good. He had given his name, after all.

Sabrina was silent for a moment before chuckling slightly.

"... Did... Did not expect to meet a Greek here." She admitted after a moment or two.

"May I?" She asked, motioning to the edge of the tub, asking if he was cool with her taking a seat to chat.

"I can leave you be if you'd prefer." She added. Sure, she was there to do some running, But she thought that chatting with someone would be a good idea. Get to know people there, and all that.

"Snakes...?" Sabrina wondered before making her way over, wanting to say hello. She was new there and figured that introducing herself would likely be a good idea.

"Hey." She greeted once close enough. When he opened his eyes and looked toward her, she waved.

"... are those snakes?" She asked, unable to stop herself. Her voice and face were nothing but curious though, there was no judgement to her voice at all. Not even disbelief.

Sabrina nodded.

"Thank you for that tip." She commnted. "I will have to keep it in mind."

"And it was a pleasure to meet you. Thank you so much for the tou. I'm sure I'll see you around. I don't see myself not being here for awhile."

"It really does suck." Sabrina agreed.

"However, I can't fault them, sadly." She then said with a light shake of her head.

"Regardless, thank you. I'm decent with navigation, so I shouldn't have any trouble finding the various locations."

"Preachy or not, it's true."Sabrina commented.

"Because, yeah. An angel can be evil, and a demon can be pure. It's entirely on the person, or being, and not dictated by their genetics." She said.

"I mean, look at me. I'm a shifter. Most people would automatically assume I'm evil, or something that should be put down."

"So you're all alone." She added, referring to what he was.
