I used to hate mushrooms but now I love them... I think it wasall about finding that ONE WAY to prepare them to my liking and then it all unlocked from there (I mean... for me anyway...)

I'm a fan of Portobello mushrooms for most saucy/savory Western style stews, and high quality shiitake mushrooms for Eastern style stews. The flavor is so good.
