@Wildfire: Yeah you have a lot more mouths to feed. I'm sure Costco would have something like that if it's not sold out yet.
I feel like 6 is a good amount because stores always seem to have bulk stuff this time of year. I tried to find the smallest ham I could. I'm sure none of it will go to waste. :)

@Wildfire: Roasted in the oven for 10 mins at 350. Any longer and then no longer have a crunch (but they don't taste raw either). Ghee and pink salt on them, mix that up and put them in the oven. :) Really simple. Most Ghee is salt-free so I add a pinch.
I totally feel that. I made myself to 45 mins of cleaning yesterday. Mostly that was just cleaning up clutter, putting things away and cleaning the kitchen.

I did a couple little things yesterday, but not what I probably "should" have to prepare for the holiday. I did more cooking than I was expecting to do yesterday, and the inevitable cleanup of the kitchen. Today, once I wake up enough to be able to speak intelligently, I'm going to go pick up our turkey and (hopefully) the last of the ingredients and supplies I'll need for our recipes. And apparently there's a gift or two that needs some attention - I thought hubby was going to take care of it, but he seems to have delegated that task to me.
