@xvz: YEP!!! My uncle learned how to be a beekeeper, and well, he bought bees + a beehive n all that. It's wild! Haven't gotten any honey yet though, n it's been a year D:

i know bees have been dying out so it's good that people are getting into beekeeping, hopefully it can help the bees grow big n strong again!!

There's a bee hive display settup in the local library with live bees, similar to the bee-keepers settup.

yeah i hope nature can recover, though i think some of the mass / corporate stuff doing most of the damage probably is not that affected :-(

@xvz: I had a scare with one of the bees - my uncle tossed me his phone to give to my aunt while he was doing bee stuff, and a bee got Very mad at me.
I.. ran towards the house flailing, because apparently that's my panic response to a bee in my hair??

Bugs aren't allowed in my house usually - though one time, I was changing clothes in my room, opened the door, and there was a spider about the size of my palm in front of my face... so naturally, I shut the door again??? lol
