@MoodyB: This was our first snow too, but we only get about 10-15inches per winter. I hate it when it's super dry. I don't like that about winter. I'm always putting on hand cream.

@Koah: Ah I see. My mom is from PA and to her that's a lot of snow too. She showed me her front door after a snow and the snow was 3/4 of the way up.
I guess enjoy it when you have a little snow at your new place? 3 inches is enough to make snowballs right?

@Totalanimefan: My kids are enjoying the little bit of snow we are getting. School was canceled for them today, we got a lot of snow in the night, but it's not a lot. I see why it was canceled, road conditions are crappy.
Snow is still holding up strong over there? :)

Yes it still is. A few inches still left on the ground, people are still shoveling and there are small amounts of snow falling off the trees.

@Totalanimefan: I should probably get a shovel out and clear our door path for the roommates. They aren't conditioned to snow like my husband and I. XD
I just looked at our local forecast, snow for a couple more days, then the temp will raise and the sun comes back by the end of the week. :d
Did you end up making a snowman or angel?

@Koah: I didn't because I don't have any waterproof gloves. I did play in it a little bit, but my hands couldn't handle the cold ^^;
It was beautiful light, and powdery snow.

I keep leather gloves in my car and by the door for chilly days. :3
Powdery snow is fun to leave face imprints on. lol. XD

@Totalanimefan: i dont think we even got that much since its mostly melted now.

for me it makes my chest feel dry so overall i feel not good and constantly need to drink water its so dry.

@Koah: Yeah it was so fluffy I threw some into the air. It was pretty. ^^ I should buy some leather ones or just waterproof ones in general.

@MoodyB: Maybe look into a humidifier? That's what I use to help me and it works a bit. Better than not having it.

@Totalanimefan: my skin is dry regardless
so i don't really use hand cream or anything.

I just have severe dry chest and just overall feel like junk.
and no insulation too so heaters are ran quite often.

@PoeticTorment: Thanks! We got lucky with this storm! Normally around here it's a wintery mix since we are in DC which is south for snow.
@Purpsy: Thank you! I did get to enjoy it. There is still snow on the ground today but mostly just the left overs from two days ago. lol
