Yeah, hopefully won't be too much longer.

We got a bunch of Perrenial flowers and plants in at work yesterday and it's got me itching to get to digging in my landscaping. Got a lot that needs done before I can put plants in though. I've been meaning to tackle the landscaping for two summers now. Maybe this year.

It's been getting warmer here slowly. The grass was just barely starting to green up on Wednesday, then Thursday we got more snow/ice dumped on us along with very strong wind.

And now today everything's melted again and its back to being somewhat nice, but still chilly from the crazy wind.

Hopefully the weather will make up its mind soon about if its spring or not.

Did anyone else have trouble when it comes to the Noble Arcanine?

I get to the end with the darn ring of fire and it's at that point I get stuck. Can't seem to throw the balms far enough to reach Arcanine

I didn't think I'd enjoy Arceus as much as I have been so far.

I like that you can kind of play the game at your own pace.

Just caught my first Alpha pokemon. Working on leveling up at the moment before I take on the next Noble.

So, I finally started playing It over the weekend, I'm enjoying the game so far.

Will probably play it bits and pieces at a time though.

My game has shipped! And it's now supposed to arrive Saturday, instead of the end of next week. Looking forward to playing it.

The the temperature high for today here is supposed to be about 46° apparently.

The forecast for the rest of the week looks like it's going to go back and forth between warmer and colder.

I'm tempted to open a window for a tiny bit today to let in some fresh air

Currently I've been playing shining pearl. Not very far in it yet though. Been busy and have also been taking my time playing it since I never played the original diamond/pearl games

If anyone's looking for a relatively simple recipe I have one, my moms recipe for rice pilaf. Bit time consuming though.

I don't make this terribly often just because it's kind of time consuming and probably not the healthiest but it's good.

Ingredients:
-1/2c to 1 cup of rice, uncooked
-1 stick of butter, can use half if it's too much
- whatever vegetables you want to use, I usually use Shredded carrot, Celery, and onion
-1 box of chicken or vegetable broth
- whatever meat you want to throw in, I usually do
cooked chicken or smoked sausage. Haven't tried it but I'm sure tofu would work well in this recipe for those that don't eat meat

Directions
1. Melt butter in pan and add your uncooked rice, toast until its a nice golden color

2. Add in your vegetables, cook for a bit more
3. Add your broth, bring to a boil, stirring occasionally
4. Reduce heat slightly and let simmer, stirring occasionally, add in meat & whatever seasonings you want to use about halfway through cooking; continue to simmer until rice is cooked. Depending on how much rice you used you may have to add a smidge more broth or water occasionally

I also like to throw in a handful or two of Shredded cheese once it's done but you can leave that out if you want to.

I got the update downloaded last night. Played for a little bit. Got Brewster coming and then spent the rest of my time demolishing a cliff to make room for all the new crops you can grow.

With the update and dlc I may start playing Animal crossing more often

Evening everyone. How's everyone's day been?

My day was alright. Work was busy, went by somewhat quick. Hung out at the neighbors house for a bit after work.

Had a cat follow me home and into my house. That was interesting. Possible storms tonight so he's currently shut in my downstairs bath room for the night. Going to call the vet tomorrow to see if anyone's missing a cat or if he has a microchip. No collar but he seems pretty friendly.
