on a side note, i just freaked myself out by grabbing my mouse and feeling something furry on my ring and pinky fingers, but then i realized i was touching a makeup brush that i left from yesterday when i was playing with my makeup..

@Totalanimefan: it's going okay, i just missed a lot of time and if i miss any more for the next 6th months i'm likely to get fired. I'm good at my job though, and get acknowledged for it, but missing time due to mental health issues or physical health issues has been an issue for me lately. So i'm going to buy some 5-htp and some Zinc and hopefully that should help me get through the next 6 months.
On another note, my hubby and i haven't had a chance to go on our honeymoon yet, so we decided that we were going to go on a disney cruise for it after the 6 months. And i think by then i'll have enough PTO saved up that i can take a few days off for it also, so that's exciting.

@Totalanimefan: i don't know. We don't want to cause unnecessary drama with her and ask and have her think we're rushing her. But also I kinda want her to stay long enough to pay november rent so i can get caught up on bills before we fully take over.

@Totalanimefan: Hey total! I'm doing okay. My mental health has been tanking lately, but it's slowly getting better. My mother in law still hasn't moved out yet, but she tends to be out of the house most of the day, which is good. I don't see her a whole lot, except when she comes home at night or sometimes in the mornings before she leaves. How are you doing?

@Wildfire: i happen to have an opinion of handbags/purses too lol I think purse is all encompassing for bags used to carry money and other things, where as a hand bag is a purse without any straps except for maybe a wrist strap.
A sectional to me is basically a couch with movable seats that may or may not have different shapes that somehow attach to one another (clips, snaps, brackets, etc.) but i do think sofa and couch is a regional thing. Kinda like soda and pop.
@star2000shadow: Thanks! I really wanted to figure out how to use the legs with something, and this is what turned out lol

I didn't know there was a difference between a sofa and a couch. I thought they were interchangeable... But also sort of not? I thought Sofa was a word that could be used to describe either a couch(min. 3 seating spaces), loveseat(strictly 2 seating spaces), or sectional, whereas a couch is specific to a couch and sectional.

@Totalanimefan: hopping into a couple conversations- it's so cold in the house tonight i'm actually wearing a light jacket, sweatpants, and i have a fuzzy blanket at my feet! I'm really enjoying the cold front (our windows are open, or at least the one in our office! i think my mother in law closed the ones in the kitchen and the backdoor when she last got up), but i remember living in the apartment- it can get toasty fast with the neighbor's heat coming up into our apartment.
Also, a 4 day work week is the absolute best, but for me, only if the days off are consecutive. The 1st day off i spend recuperating from work, the second day i'm super active and productive (usually), and the last one i spend thinking about how i have work the next day and i get less done. And then since i had 3 days of rest or to do things i needed, i can get through my work week way easier! The only problem is that time goes by really fast.
Speaking of time going by quickly, how is it already only 2 weeks until november?!
Also, speaking of my mother in law... She's still living here, even though her sister came down and i guess they did stuff over at the grandparent's house all weekend? but didn't move any of her things here. She's still making things uncomfortable for us, but we're still hoping that it will be soon that she's moved. maybe this weekend. fingers crossed. if she's still here on the 1st it will be literally 6 months that we've had to live with her.

@DreamerZ: i appreciate you~! Hope you are well, i'm trying to pull myself out of a major depressive episode, and it's been a struggle. I hate being neurodivergent sometimes and really wish my body made the proper chemicals in the right quantities... oh well.
