Maybe the blow dryer got broken because someone used it to destroy the statue before Vivi got around to working on Treat’s hair? Seeing as how she has so many broken hair dryers, I’m guessing she likes to use a cheap or non-professional brand that’s prone to breaking down with prolonged use... and someone using it to melt candy would have to be blowing at it for quite a while to get any results.
