@Totalanimefan: I lived close to both a highway and a train line in Japan, and I feel you so much on the highway noises. T^T The glass door to my balcony would always shake and vibrate during peak hours, and then in the middle of the night there was this annoying motorcycle crew that would purposely make loud noises as they drove even though it was illegal. I feel like your current home should cost less because you have to deal with living near something like that, but it’s prolly the opposite because they’re like YOU GET THE BENEFITS OF ACCESSING THE HIGHWAY FAST!
