According to the vegetable planting calendar for my state (Kentucky) that I found on Google, beets, carrots, and peas all end in October, and none are after that. So I think those three are the answer. I don't know if I understood this question correctly, but the calendar doesn't mention radishes at all, so I think this is right.
Ummmmm I think carrots are a fall vegetable?? I have absolutely no idea xD i know potatoes can cook in winter. pretty sure. so carrots probably can to cause roots.

i just felt like it may have been put in the image as a deception option even though I definitely have baked with it :3
also its fun to experiment with "not normal" foods for baking :D which is probably how things like applesauce brownies got first made

@Shadami: actually, if I had to guess, the applesauce brownies came about due to an egg allergy. Applesauce and bananas are common swaps for eggs in baking...
