I have been okay. really stressed tbh.
for a while potentially was about to be homeless. but now we're kinda stuck
with our horrible land lady lol. since none of my family was even willing to let us stay for a few days.
so im kinda mad at my family lol.
but just relieved i have a home still.
and i can finally relax and work on these freebs.

will you be looking for another place soon? i've been looking for a while now and it's damn near impossible.
there was an apartment i found but it was a little over my budget...
but i said eff it, i've been looking for so long i'm just going to do it.
i tried to set up a tour and the property manager answered like:
"just wanted to let you know that another couple has put in an offer $1,500 above asking price, are you willing to compete with that?"
WHAT?! NO! for RENT?! unbelievable T^T
and i learned long ago to never rely on family lol. i'm happy to hear that you at least have shelter in the mean time.

she really needs our money lol.
as long as i have a place to stay i suppose i have to put up with her.
we now have to really clean the place to "gain her trust" again. she literally thinks we are trashing the place??
like...why would I do that??
yeah im starting to really have bad trust issues with family. ever since my mom passed it's like...they could not care less.
and this just kinda...proved. like they even were not understanding why we couldn't simply just...move...like seriously..??
we are living off social security...that's it.
I know right?? we called in for two different places. both said our credit score was too low.
and wanted 3x the rent...
the average rent we are seeing here is...$1800. no way can we afford that.
we want to move out soon but..i doubt it'll happen because it's so expensive.
i just want a nice place, that's insulated and to have a cat.

Hey- I'm just running through, grabbing a few more dust bunnies before it's no longer an option and I give up for the day, but I also thought it would be a good opportunity to check in with you since we haven't chatted in a couple of days, really. Are you having any luck with the housing situation? How are you guys holding up with all of the things you're dealing with?

but we do not do anything with credit cards since my mom and dad ended up in debt, and had bankruptcy before.
so we don't do that. but everywhere wants 3x the rent. and we can barely afford a place for 1300 but adding 3x rent on that?
impossible to afford.
and yet my fam just acts like we are choosing to go homeless almost??
