So that'll help out my family big time since my dad quit his job.

There's no Thai food restaurants within 500 miles of here. All the Chinese food restaurants are super Americanized around here too.

@Totalanimefan: I'm shooting for the last week of July. So I've got about 4 to 5 weeks to be ready! :) I'm excited. I can't wait to have my own home and a bigger town/city to live in.
@Koah: that sounds so exciting! Is the move far? How long will it take you to get to your new place?
@Totalanimefan: Its about 24-25 hours long. I'm going to break it up into 3 days. I got 3 dogs and 2 kids.
I did recruit a good friend of mine to help me with the move. I'm not terribly stressed now that I know I have help. c:
I also have to decide if I want to drop 4 hours south off my trail to pick up a bit of stuff from my storage unit. -shrugs- I'm a spontaneous sort.

I think my favorite food is sushi! Especially sushi with eel - though sashimi is also great. Oh, and sometimes I like steak, rare - though it HAS to be cooked nicely (ie fat rendered, good sear, etc). As for simple food, fried tofu with a brown sugar soy sauce glaze on top of rice is wonderful!!

@0v7: I’m not a fan of fish but I do like eel and a good steak! Tofu cooked that way sounds good too.
