ngl i felt a little stressed when i saw that kids were going back to school ... i think daycare is kind of interesting cuz a lot of parents still need to work and it's v hard to balance that w childcare ... how's the covid situation where you are? (no pressure if it's a stressful topic lol)
have u found that daycares have fewer capacity now?
oohhh that's super interesting!!! so are you mostly operating machinery or is it more like manual .. ? :0
ah do u use a brace or anything .. ? i'm glad it's better than before tho ... i hope it heals up back to normal soon ... !

yeah i feel u ... i think w food insecurity it's not at all an issue of, is there enough food. like the issue is w inequality and distribution
for the food bank u pick is it local ones to u?
winter boots would be a good investment :0 i guess u have to walk ur dog too lol ... have u ever encountered black ice?? so scary! :0

that's sweet :"-) it's nice to get birthday wishes at midnight!!! it's super thoughtful imo <3
do the three of u play games together?? or it's a diff vibe b/n diff sibs?

haha tru... i guess i'm scared in a way ... like what if it turns out bad haha
but i think bc i have enough time on my hands maybe it doesn't matter?? i don't have a routine / habit of it either but i guess u can always start anytime? :0
i usually live alone but rn i'm in a diff living situation and have a few housemates :0 it's kind of a diff mindset but i also can get alone time if i want... maybe i'll try writing in the mornings and nights? :3
i think for art stuff i've gotten in the habit of doing regularly... but not as much for writing but i guess it takes time to develop :-) what time of day do u do most of ur writing? or is it like an anytime thing?

hi! i’m looking to do more writing and rp :-) i don’t have a ton of experience w rp but i have done a bit of fiction writing in the past!
some themes and genres i like:
- magic realism
- surrealism
- supernatural
- sci fi, cyberpunk
- dystopia
- dark fantasy, urban fantasy
- light horror (i don’t have a lot of experience but would be down to try!)
- celestial themes (demons, angels, fallen angels, etc.)
- multiverse / quantum shenanigans
- mythology-based (greek, egyptian, japanese, etc.)
would prefer worldbuilding / original characters as i don’t know a lot of fandoms… but if there’s one you like that falls under one of these categories, i’m open to doing a world based around it or similar to it ?
would prefer posts that are at least a paragraph - i think i tend to do longer posts but there’s no pressure to match my length! i’m pretty patient tho i think mostly someone who can post semi-regularly (at least once a week) would be ideal :-)

some possible ideas / settings:
- a town on the moon … either thriving or somewhat dystopian
- something surreal and wonderland-like but takes place in the jungle, with different animals/characters/themes
- modern fantasy w angels/demons in the city

not a lot lately but i actually do have a lot of time on my hands currently! i was thinking of maybe starting an rp search thread as a way to warm up to it, but i'm wondering if this could be a good time to try to tackle the short stories project i had planned for november
is it important for you to have alone time when you're writing? or is it something you would be able to do say in the living room as other ppl are hanging out?

@liztress: ahh tru yeah i feel like the younger they are the more you run into conflicts like that, like how a parent wants to teach their kids and what philosophy to go by ... how has working at the daycare been like?
oh that's interesting ... i don't know anyone who has worked at a glass / windshield place :0 what was the paint like substance, like a special coating for it? what made you choose to switch to working at the daycare?

hmm i don't think there's a clear distinction for me b/n very close friends and other friends ... like some friends i'm p close to but don't see or talk to super often ?
yeah also summer / warm holidays is a weird concept to me :0 though i guess california and florida etc get them too

@liztress: ohh yeah i guess w adults ppl are more set in their ways ... i think super young kids for me personally feel like a bit too much responsibility, like what if i teach them the wrong thing lol ... i've taught like hs and college age students before and i think the older you are the more the emphasis is on the content itself, i feel like the younger they are the more you have to be like, a positive role model and teach life things too haha (like how to interact w others, work ethic, character, attitude, etc.)
yeah i've heard graphic design is much harder to find work in esp so if ur not in a big city... can i ask what kind of work u did at the automotive glass factory? :0

i can't really figure out these days like who to get gifts for or not ... like what the cutoff for bday/holiday gifts for diff ppl is? like this person i'm close to and wanna get a gift for, but this other person i'm less close to... but do i still get them gifts ... ??
ohh tru cuz winter solstice :0 it'll be nice for the days to start getting longer after the next day or two too!! (for northern hemisphere ppl at least lol)
