@Peachy: I actually find crepes the easiest. 1/2 liter milk, 2 eggs, a few tablespoons flour, few teaspoons sugar. The trick is to add alot of milk to the mixture to make it pretty thin. Oil the pan with 1 teaspoon of oil between each crepe. Then pour only enough to cover the pan lightly. Its a crepe!
