@Bioshock: Mine doesn't cause me pain but I think I will be a very twisted up old lady one day. I do try to consciously fix my posture during the day but I dont think it will help much. My gramma is in a wheelchair now because of hers and I have the same bones.

@Bioshock: You are right, those two are much worse oof. I have scoliosis so I am always afraid of that. Always stretch before and after strenuous activity
