I do a number of things. I listen to music, I use Mindfulness and Meditation to help calm myself and if those don't work I write in my journal.

Depends on the pizza. Toppers has this Tator Tot pizza that I dip nacho cheese sauce in. But ussally I don't dip or just use marinara sauce.
