@vengeance: I hope you get more rain then!

It's a cloudy day, but thankfully no rain. It rained all day yesterday and I hate putting the dogs out in the rain. You can't use an umbrella either cuz my puppy is freaking smart and he huddles next to me so he dosen't get wet either so it takes him forever to go. When I don't have the umbrella he runs around, does his job right away and gets inside.

I love trying diffrent foods. My favorite is Chicken Pad Thai, Lumpia, Ponsit, Kahula Pig, and the nice thing is I now know how to make them(the Pad Thai I learned from a website though) due to my roommate being a really good cook, and these are the foods he grew up with and is teaching this Haole how to make dishes he grew up on.

It's not a snake video... but this is my friend's snake who stays at our house and he comes over and takes care of it.

It's fairly decent here so far. Had the dogs out this morning around 6am and I didn't need a jacket like I did yesterday. I hope it continues to be a good weather day and no more rain.

@Vladimir: Those are some awesome drawings.

My son has a Halloween party tonight for Boy Scouts. He's looking forward to it, and changed his mind about his costume(he was going to wear a mashup of previous years costumes)... so I have to try to find a ninja, Police/Milatary or a Vampire costume that will fit him by tonight. I'm thinking of just dollar tree halloween stuff... like make up and some items and if they don''t have the items, just find a plastic black table cloth and make him a cape out of it and paint him up as a vampire, even though he really wants to be a Police Officer... or maybe I'll hop on walmart.com or other sites and see if they have some in stock locally and order it. Or maybe a trip to Family Dollar and they have some stuff left.... hmm...

I have 3 dogs who are all related to each other.
One is R2D2 who is 4 years old and is basically a mix.
His sister Princess Leia from a diffrent mother who is a chiuaua/daschound mix.(Which she is 5 years old and may not be with us much longer due to heart failure.)
And their nephew Lucky Dog(who I call Lucky Shit cuz he is so stubborn in his training) who is 6 months old and is a Dashound mix. We weren't supposed to have Lucky, he was supposed to go to my Dad, but health issues and not being able to handle Lucky's stubborness and sneakiness(he loves to cuddle and he'd sneak up next to my Dad on the couch and try to snuggle with him and startle him instead.) we ended up watching him, then just ended up keeping him. He's a good dog though and once he gets over his getting into everything that has stuffing and ripping it up he'll be even better.

Poodles are cute... at least until they nip/bite your ankles. Had this happen 3 times to me with 3 diffrent poodles. LOL.

My puppy I have now is a stubborn little... no matter how many times he gets in trouble he keeps eating my pillow. He has toys and bones up the wazoo yet it's always my pillow, or anything with stuffing. He just loves pulling it out and leaves it everywhere. My other dog just sits there and watches him... dosen't help, dosen't try to stop him, just watches how it all plays out. LOL.

I hate haunted houses... ever since I was like 7 or 8 and my Mom accidently took me to grab night(and even back then I hated being touched). I freaked out soooo bad that they had to take me through a special area to a diffrent set of doors to leave. Didn't help either that they had a large movie screen set up while waiting in line with gory and scary scenes from movies and they had the Indiana Jones part on where the shaman guy or something reaches in and pulls out a beating heart... Also didn't help that my grandma never let me watch horror/scary movies as a kid. I watched them over at my friends houses or my Dad would sneak them in when she was in her room or gone for a few hours. LOL.

I have too many blankets. But I always seem to be washing them constantly cuz my son always has to be wrapped up in a blanket, even when it's warm in the house.

I also have too many little figurines of geeky stuff. I have Star Trek DS9 figurines, stuff from fav games(mainly Fallout 4 stuff), Minions, Funko Pops, Loot Crate items, old toys from my childhood(fav ones are Gizmo and Spike.)

I also have a lot of pictures. Family pics in nice frames hung up around the house. Photo albums filled with photos from various trips, camping, parades, etc. Old old family pictures that I don't know alot about in shoeboxes that I am working at digitilizing. I even have a photo album dedicated to old boyfriends and my adventures/friends that I had with them. I have a tribute/scrapbook page made up of my best friend since middle school who passed on years ago.

I also have a lot of incense sticks all diffrent scents. Ranging from Apple Cinnomon, Sage, Frankenscene and Myyrr, Pine, etc.

I remember my 6th grade math teacher the most. I had a huge problem in Math... I basically fell through the cracks. I tried so hard... it would take me hours to do my Math homework at night and sometimes it still didn't get done. Anyway... this teacher would announce to the class that I got another F on my mathwork(she didn't do this to any other student.) She would make fun of me in class, and in a very snotty voice asked me if she should call my Mommy and tell her what a bad student I was. Every teacher was made aware that just before school started my mother died and it was very traumatic for me as I witnessed it so she knew. In parent teacher confrences she told my Grandma and my Dad that I was the worst student she had ever had in her lifetime of teaching and that I should give up. When my Grandma and Dad complained the school basically said live with it, it's her last year and she'd lose her pension, etc. They took it to the School board and said the same thing.

Now, the only shining light in this situation is the LD teacher that came in the classroom to help the LD students saw how this teacher was treating me(she didn't see all of it cuz a lot of it was done while she wasn't there) but she told me that when the other LD students got up to leave during study time that I should go with them. When the bad teacher wouldn't let me go with them and the LD teacher asked why I didn't go, I told her what happened and she said just go anyway and she'd deal with the teacher. Needless to say she saw that I basically didn't have math skills and the LD teacher had me tested to find out that I had a Learning Disability in Math, which changed a lot of my life around.
Posted in Lack Of Motivation Posted 6 years ago
I have lack of motivation all the time. I call it procrastination that turns into doing nothing and then get down on myself cuz the crap that needed to get done didn't get done for the day and then it slowly turns into me going downhill... which when I catch it happening I try my hardest to turn it around. Luckily I have a great SO who understands and then he tries to get me motivated by helping out and asking me to help him.

I haven't seen iZombie... I have been binge watching a lot of Dead Files that I have DVR'd to my box.(I have 30 left as before I had about 90.)

I need to post a lot more these next few days... those items are so cute!

Granted, but then the costume would meld to your skin and grusomly transform you into your costume.

I wish I had pizza.

I love Halloween. I don't get into it like I used to... but I still love it. Specially love the way the fall leaves change... and everything gets cooler.

@Bean: Anyway... I sure hope you find your drawing muse back. It sucks losing a muse.
