Erica was silent for a moment, looking to the side, shaking slightly. That wasn't anything too surprising, though. Nate didn't know everything she'd been through, but he knew the effects.

He could literally see them, in more than one way.

"... Alive..." was all she said. pulling her knees up, showcasing just how thing she'd gotten.

"Good enough..." She added quietly.

Erica just shuddered at the second point.

"I.... y-yeah..." She said, agreeing with everything that was said.

The imposter was in holding, Erica was in the medwing, and there was still a plague of 'true form' as some called it tearing through the building. It was most certainly causing problems. However, thankfully, and through some luck, the medwing seemed to be unaffected. Angela said it was because she was part fae, but no one entirely believed that.

Erica woke, with no idea what the hell it was that had happened, entirely. After about a minute though, she realised where she was, and recalled Gabe against the one who had copied her.

".... Ow." She muttered before just relaxing back against the bed again. She knew she was safe there, as she knew the place so well. She knew who worked there, knew who was good. However, as she heard the door open suddenly, she jumped, violently.

The impact with the floor had been enough to knock the air out of their lungs. Gabe's pressure on their back wasn't helping things either.

When Zeke asked his question, Erica didn't say anything. For a few seconds, she couldn't, really.

"Doubt it." She answered finally, an attempt at a more light tone evident. If anything, that helped make it more apparent that she could recover from all this. She was still there, after all.

"You angel's can't do anything too serious to me!" They exclaimed with a laugh, seeming to not even register the pain that they should have been feeling. If nothing else, it was a testament to Encrae's dedication. That wasn't an easy task.

"That tickled, do it again!" they exclaimed as the original sat up, shakily.

With that attack from Gabe though, Az felt a surge through Erica, specifically.

"Az.." Erica said quietly, pain in her voice. She knew him from anywhere, about as well as she knew Gabe's presence.

The imposter looked back to Gabe, the red echo over the shockingly bright blue eyes lmost seeming to pulse a bit, laughing.

"Come on. Do your worst!" They dared.

"You aren't as adept at torture as Mistress is. You can't hurt me." There was a confidence there, but not cocky.

"You better hope you don't, too." they said before the aura went dark for a few seconds. As that happened, Azazel felt Erica's mana twitch. When the aura of the area returned to normal, they laughed.

"Do anything serious, and maybe I'll forget how to wake her."

Whomever it was just laughed, wiping some blood off their face as they got up from the floor.

"I can take anything you want to throw at me." They stated, their voice particularly confident.

"Why don't you show me how big powerful beings you are?" They asked with a laugh. "Oh wait. Can you really buise the face of her? Of that fucking FREAK? She shouldn't be alive!"

The one who had come through the front door just sighed as they crossed their arms.

"Ok." They stated, the tone of voice notably different.

"Kill me and you kill her. That style of a disruption would shatter the soul I am connected to. Meaning she would die. Or would be rendered insane. Not sure which. Care to find out?"

Whether or not they would show up, wasn't really up for debate. Gabe was certain that they woul d return back there, it was a question of time. As he was watching the door, though, he felt Erica's presence return. It felt exactly like her. How ... how was this not Erica?

The doorknob turned, and the presence could't be denied. Everyone felt it, and felt how the curse was twice as strong as it had been before, as it was normally.

The door opened, and what looked like Erica walked in, closing the door behind her. As she went to kick off her shoes though, she noticed the mana in the area, and Gabe standing where he was, glaring at her.

"Yes?" She asked.

"What's up?"

Lunet was silent for a moment.

"Yeah. Yeah, of course. I'll send Az to you." she told him.

"And yes, I'll get him there quick." She added. As she spoke, he could hear her making her way up to somewhere else. He could hear her walking.

"There's Az there. I'll send him there quick." With that, lunet and him ended the call and she approached tehdemon.

"Yo. Erica needs you. At home." She told him. Like five minutes ago."[/b]

Zeke was stuck listening to the ring for longer than he wanted, before the phone was answered.

"Hey. Cain's busy." The cute voice on the other end said.

"What's up, Zeke?" She then asked. It took a second for him to process it, but eventually he did. It was Lunet. He'd called Cain's cell.

Erica was silent, just holding her knees close as she buried her face in them.

"....." She didn't seem to be listening, but if anyone saw her face, they'd know she was.

This was beyond her. This was bigger than her. Even if it meant she was lost, she had to say it. Had to say where she was.

".... first...." She said quietly.

"First nexus... S... Stonehenge." She barely got it out before letting out a cry of pain, tensing immensely. It would only last for a few seconds though, before it would knock her out. The problem with that, was that it made her very easy for Encrae to puppet, to have her return to where she'd come from.

"Dark... cold." Erica answered. Even if she couldn't quite communicate as clearly as she had been before due to the trauma, she could at least understand and answer questions.

"England." She added. "Lotta brits." She paused, biting her lip for a moment.

"I.... I know where... but... but I can't... I can't without... I just..." She started, her words starting to get a bit less clear as she started to tremble slightly. She knew where they were.

She could tell them exactly where the elf was.

But it would hurt. The elf had protections/

"I... I don't... " Erica started, shaking her head.

"I can't... I don't know if the book is .. I don't know what happened, where it is. I know where she is. Maybe. Kind of?" She asked, knowing that it wasn't something that was super good to hear, but at least there was a chance.

"But... but she's dying." She added.

"Mistress... she ... she didn't know what she was doing, what she's done. I ... That connection... she used my curse." She continued, seeming to just close in on herself, physically, a bit more.

Erica was silent, just pulled her knees up, holding them close.

"I... I can't get them out..." She said quietly.

"They're loud. I can't ignore them. It's all because of that book." She added, not sure if either of them would realise what she meant, but it was possible that Gabe would. He was an older being after all.
