"However, it's a bit of an effective barrier otherwise." She added. "Can't get in without walking in, and if your mana isn't familiar, I can lock the place down so you can't get out."
"Handy." Hazel commented as they climbed into the car, Hazel in the back seat.
"Very." Harmony agreed.

"Not a problem. I can easily fit the three of us. Plus, it'd be pointless to pay for a taxi just to go around the block."[b/] Harmony commented.
[b]"We can't use quicker means, either." She continued.
"Due to the barriers. Have to physically pass the barrier, so we'll just drive it."

"I know." She said.
"We will talk once we get back to my place, if you still feel like checking it." She told him.
"I will answer any questions that you might have at that point, as well. However, right now? It's likely not the best to speak so freely and likely emotionally about that kind of thing, since we are in public." She added.

"Hey, if I don't give you a chance, then I wouldn't expect someone to give ME a chance if I asked." She stated.
"What do you mean?" Hazel asked, still not looking toward the woman.
"I mean that no one is perfect." Harmony answered, "and everyone has things in their past that they are ashamed of. Why should someone be held to that, especially when not their fault?" She asked, directing the question at Ash.
"I know the reputation of the Fyrane line. I also know that you shouldn't be alive, and only are because your mother decided to break tradition." She added

"It is. I get about a week between applications." Ash answered.
"I'm a hairstylist, I can put those streaks in far longer lasting. My sister likes to play with potions and lightly with alchemy, so it'd be nothing for me to ensure those streaks stick." Harmony told him honestly before pausing.
"If... if you would like, of course."

"Why the black streaks?" She then asked, motioning to his hair.
"You even covered the natural blondes that your hair has, which is surprising. That's not easy to cover." She paused a moment.
"How did you do it?"

They approached, stepped in, and Hazel winced, before they approached the woman with the hat.
"Hey, AJ." She greeted, the voice telling him all he needed to know, this was the woman they were there to meet, Harmony.
"Here." She slid a large bill across the table.
"You two, go get whatever you want, on me."

The next day, she stepped into the cafe with a sigh. She had spoken with Ash again that morning, and she told him to look for someone with a large tan witches hat, and had been told he had short red and black hair, also to look for a tanned teen with grey eyes and far more hair than she'd likely ever expect to see someone with.
She made an order for a tea - one of her sisters blends - and took a seat by one of the windows to wait.

"Of course." She answered, pushing herself off the railing, where she was leaning to look out over the city.
"I shall get a start on that."She then said.
"Shall I prepare some coffee or tea as well?" She asked as she made her way past him, her red hair smacking him slightly as it wasn't tied back or anything.
