@Tsundererra: those both sound so amazing. You could make southern ice tea and half the sugar?
I mostly like my teas unsweetened or just a little bit sweet if it’s a tart tea or a black tea.
I have a green tea with rose and some tropical fruits in it like papaya and mango and boy that tea is damn good. It’s so light and refreshing.

I mainly drink Diet Pepsi and ice water (though I usually don't get enough of the latter,because I love caffeine).

@Totalanimefan: i just drink water as I often have a dry mouth.
So water helps the most with that.

though I do crave soda here and there. but I haven't had any in months. :vanora_cry:

@Totalanimefan: soda i rarely drink nowadays.
we have ginger ale for stomach aches but I cannot stand to drink it.
so I normally drink tea for stomach issues than soda.

But I crave pepsi.
But I have to have it with a really good meal so I can savor it lol.

@Totalanimefan: It's definitely not easy! I'm glad I'm not the only one who struggles with it. I usually try and have a bottle of ice water before I have soda. Doesn't always end up that way.

@Totalanimefan: I try to drink at least a water bottle's worth a day,sometimes two. I'm not sure how much water it holds though.
