@koneko: Yes it does get expensive quickly, but it's hard to see an animal -who can't even communicate the severity of whatever they're experiencing- go through a rough patch.

Oh they're old enough to clean that doesn't mean they help. They don't have ears that function when chores are mentioned.

@MimikyuToo: We usually do our own thing too, but I also usually end up cooking. Whether anyone else comes over is pretty much up to them. It's also very easy to forget that it's November. This year has had weird time vortexes!
