@0v7: oh I see. My cat is indoor only. I would be scared to death he would be hit by a car. I’ve only ever lived near main roads since I got him. And now I’m in a high rise. Couldn’t let the cat out if I wanted to. Lol

Yknow the thing nurses do when they give you a shot? Counting to 3 but actually doing it on 2? I do that to make myself get up - so I'll think, "ok on three I'm getting out of bed" and then trick my brain by doing it on 2. lol

omg i e never considered that for getting up :0 will have to try it sometime

@0v7: it’s still risky but I guess it’s ok if they are outside out there.
@xvz: yes. Somehow in 2020 we all made it to fall! As for being a morning person it doesn’t happen quickly. Try to go to bed a little earlier each night and set your alarm for 8 hours from then. Getting enough sleep is really key. No one is a morning person on 5 hours of sleep.
