This is exactlyIt's an old timey candy, so you don't see it around a lot anymore. Yesterday we went to a local state park that has a hotel in it. Their gift shop sells like all kinds of really old candy brands. Like Razzles and stuff like that.

@Another Movie Addict: lol - I know what it is and I have had taffy in my life. It's popular at tourist shops, beaches, etc. for some reason. I'm just not sure I've had a Turkish variety

I'm really tired but ok today. I should go get groceries and try to find a computer mouse but I really don't feel like going out and dealing with anything that comes with going out, trying to do those things.
This is exactly@Wildfire: I've had other kinds of taffy, but this stuff is supposed to be hard enough to crack. Like you can't bite through it. You have to slam it on a flat surface to make small pieces.

Reminds me of the time I was on a state competition trip in high school - there was a mini convention, and one of the stands was just... bacon themed?? They had bacon flavored taffy, so I got one of course, and me and my friend were like "oh my god it smells horrible" - so naturally, I tried it. Can't say I'm a big fan of it lol
