@Totalanimefan: Honestly, I have no idea. It's been going on for quite a while, now. Like, at least since the end of 2018. I just got a new pillow for the first time in a year and a half and I'm going to see if maybe that helps. And I got some Magnesium pills because I read that it is used as a treatment for chronic migraines. Fingers crossed I don't have one any time next week.

Speaking of I had a horrible headache yesterday that wouldn't go away. I finally fell asleep after I took some medicine. I don't have it today luckily.
