@diavolos: Maybe that's why. I think it's because in my part of the US there aren't enough grocery stores for how many people lived in that area, so since everyone was trying to buy 2+ weeks of food at once stores were out.

For dish soap it takes me a while to go through that since I have a dish washer. For hand soap. I went through 16oz (500ml) of hand soap from Aug to last week.
@Alicethemadhatter: It is a lot, but there are a lot of us, plus I'm sure more people will join us later. Last night it was crazy fast but crazy fun ^^
@diavolos: Yeah. I'm in a new area now that has a lot more grocery stores near me, so hopefully it won't happen again, and the US isn't going into lockdown either. People are just getting worried because other countries are.
