@xvz: There are a lot of neighborhoods that I like around here but bare min is 2 bed/2bath (it could be 1.5) but the 2nd bedroom has to have enough space for both of our office desks plus a couch (for when people stay over). In a place where we can store our bikes and use them safely.
Large windows/good sunlight is also a much have. I get seasonal depression pretty easily.

that and having a bathroom window lol - taking showers / baths during the day is one of my life's greatest joys and i will sacrifice other things for it

@xvz: So true! I also feel like I can't wake up if it's a dark space. I need the sunlight cause I'm solar powered! Also a newer unit (like since 2000) would be nice because the newer ones tend to be really good with insulation. I love that my current place is still in the 70's without a heater even if it's 48 outside.
