I've barely played ACNH lately. I did get on long enough a few days ago to let Cherry move out, and yesterday I went to a few mystery islands before encountering Static and inviting him to my island. I should probably play a bit today to go welcome him

I had to look up who Frank is, but he looks cool! I generally like the eagle villagers. My previous cranky villager was Apollo.
I have two smugs at the moment, Olaf and Julian~

Olaf is my number one favorite at the moment!
Fang was my original favorite starting from back when I played the GameCube game, and I still like him a lot.
Lily became one of my favorites in New Leaf, and she's on my island at the moment.

Speaking of Punchy and favorite villagers, Punchy is my favorite cat and my favorite lazy. I have him on my island as well

Roscoe is another one I love

I like most of those villagers you mentioned, so I wouldn't be surprised if Cookie is one of your faves! Rudy is the only one I don't like as much, but there are villagers I like a lot less than him
