I prefer the soft ones for cocoa, but I know the little packets usually come with the dehydrated ones.

@xvz: my neighbourhood has at least 2 elementary schools and 1 university that I surprisingly found out when I was lost xD
And there a public transit that drives inside as well so I think that's pretty legit wew
